The true answer is "both", but our current societal setup doesn't allow for that choice.

I wonder if people are subscribing (Patreonizing?) to my page more for this silliness, than for the story and character development in the Mink? Not that it really matters, I suppose. Whatever floats your boat!

Crude Car Cooler

Well, this is what I was doing today. My "new" used car has no AC yet, so I made this to keep it from becoming a solar furnace while I'm at work: A battery-powered fan with the blowy part poked thru the lid of a cheap styrofoam cooler & duct-taped in place. I cut some holes near the bottom of the cooler (on the side facing away from the camera), and filled it with ice.

Switch on the fan, and you get cool, damp air blowing thru the holes. Stupid simple, but it works. Hopefully ...

That shambling, stinking zombie was once a real person, with family and loved ones. Something to consider before you raise them from their graves.

But at least the Mink seems to be cleaning up the mess she made.....

I want to be able to fly, to soar high above the ground-pounders. I want that so bad! How's jetpack technology coming along? If I can't be Hawkman, I'll happily settle for the Rocketeer.

Yep, this is definitely an Adults/Patrons only page. And yes, the story is predictable - But it's still fun to do!

Icon ideas for "Don't Panic!"

So I'm hopefully making this little minicomic with a friend of mine, where we seek to humorously debunk some of the bullshit that assorted con men seek to baffle us with (to be fair, some of them are genuinely insane, and believe their own nonsense). Plus point out the actual conspiracies, because yes, they DO happen!

Of course, the naked truth is not welcome everywhere. Scary realities can make people want to find refuge in illusion. I have done this myself....

Even I don't use zipatone anymore - everything gets grayscaled in the computer, these days. But it gave comix a certain look that I still kinda like....

I like happy endings. Not the fake Hollywood tacked-on ones, but happiness that the protagonists have earned through their own wit and effort.

How did that guy put it, "It's not the size of the dog in the fight, it's the size of the fight in the dog". Although I'll concede that being big and strong is not a bad start.

Does getting zapped repeatedly in the testicles by a high-energy enhancement ray count as NSFW? Yeah, probably? Guess I should make it Patreons only, just to be safe.

Huh. Seems I've somewhat lost touch with how those bizarre creatures, "normal people" think.

Tales of the Headless Chicken!

This is the header for my contribution to the Furthest North Crew Amateur Press Association book. Paper APAs were how cartoonists and other fans got together & showed each other their stuff before the internet. But now the internet, with it's immediate gratification, is here.....and APAS are much reduced.

I still like 'em, though, and you wouldn't think contributing something four times a year would be a big deal. But somehow, I seem to be falling behind. Often, I only get my...

Parts, motion, but technically  I'm not showing the parts in motion. Aaaaah hell with it....I'll mark this one Patrons only, to play it safe. Seems I'm gonna get paid out $530 this month from my Patron pledges, and you better believe it makes a big difference!

I had to make the previous page private to Patrons, because Berecki's dong was hanging out. But him being blown into bloody gobbets is quite alright for the general public to see.  Eeesh. Is America never gonna completely recover from it's Puritan hangover?

Hiyas! Seems Patreon is actually gonna pay me out something, this month. So I'm getting the comix packages ready to send to my kind Patrons. But I can only send 'em to those Patrons whose address I have, obviously. So if you've donated over $3 and I've sent you a request for your mailing address (and you actually want the book), please e-mail it to me, if you haven't already. I don't want anyone to miss out!

This page is not to be viewed by anyone under 18. 'Cause of Berecki's soft-on. Seems the censors deem willies to be grosser than tittties. Hmmmm....I guess they  kind of are. Got me on that one!

Ah! I seem to have figured out the title/commentary functions. So: Patreon doesn't mind nekkid funny-animals, but penetrations need to be marked NSFW. "You can show the parts, you can show the motion, but you can't show the parts in motion". Fair enough. The uncensored page can be found at: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/16703049/

OK, censorship of these pages is getting to be unfeasible, so I'm gonna run 'em as Private to Patrons, with this warning: "NO ONE UNDER 18 SHOULD VIEW THIS PAGE" ....Because if they do, the dirty little nippers point and giggle, making me feel all trivial and embarrassed.

Savage Funnies cover (unused).

Since "The Size of it!" will be occupying the Sunday slot for the forseeable future, I was thinking I'd run the latest sketches and assorted amusing whatevers on Saturday. For free, of course. In fact, why don't you good Patrons suggest stuff for me to doodle for the Saturday Sketch? Winners will be chosen by the strict scientific method of "what's the most fun to draw". You can e-mail me ideas at Kjartana@comcast.net , or via Patreon message, howzat?

See, this is why reasonable people prosper more than murderous psycopaths: The people they deal with don't form desperate alliances to kill them.

OK, I'm gonna try Paul's suggestion of censoring the "naughty" bits, and give you-all a link to a page featuring the uncensored glory of page 3. And when that becomes unfeasible, I'll go the "private" route. Sound reasonable? Or am I giving mad, raving, eyes-pointing-in-different-directions puritans too much respect? Let me know. Anyway, the uncensored page is at: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/16572703/

Nudity question

So early tomorrow, I'll be posting the third "The Size of It!" page. This features nudity. Exaggerated cartoon nudity, even. I'm told the best way to deal with this is to mark posts with nudity (or, say, enormous throbbing organs in enthusiastic use) as "private", so as not to offend the poor souls who think babies are born wearing cute little suits and homburg hats. But I thought I'd take the opportunity to ask my faithful Patrons: Would you rather not see nudity (or the upcoming pelvis-rat...
