Podcast art thing

Did a podcast test with my good art mutual friend, Jack Seber-Merolla aka RudeJack and drew some stuff HL2 Beta from a very loose sketch i had while we talked :)

My take on the Beta designs! Gordon's suit is very much based on the unsused textures from his supposed Leather sneaksuit with a bit of Matrix flair. Not done iterating on this. From the description, it has "various devices attached to it", so...

Catalyst + timelapse + other stuff

After not playing Apex Legends for a few months since Overwatch 2 came out, finally got to play the new crystal goth mommy, Catalyst, and she's canonically trans!! thats fucking dope! Just trying to have fun here with more little illustrations like this. I got a new job recently, so I'm more in the mood and mindset to just have more fun with personal stuff after work. Some Olga head sketches and a commission of a friends kitty cats follow!

Ross asked me to make a thug combine soldier based on the stripped combine soldier concept art from hl2 for his upcoming Half-Life: PHASE TRANSITION novel. He needed something visual to help him describe this set of characters. timelapse attached

Minor Spoilers - VS pg 12

Kinda went on an involuntary hiatus with VS since October to clear some things up but I'm back into it again, wanting to be more consistent and get this completed and out by this year. Regarding tradtional commissions

Hello, I want to start off saying thank you for all the support on the ink drawing commissions!!! I have to admit, I've been a bit slow with them lately but I promise to get them shipped out this month. I have the latest ones sketched out, just need to hit the pen to paper. But it is about time I restructure this tier. I am proposing instead, of 4 months, it will be every 6 months so I can keep up with demand, as 4 months flies by very quickly for me. The tier will be increased to $30 a month...

LUwd Commission

commission for a friend of their OC, Lu! Last image is the rough. i like to make a rough sketch first, then instead of inking over it, i just keep it as my reference on the side and i draw the final inks from just looking at my rough. it helps me stay looser and make changes on the fly. i noticed when i do line art, i just follow it really hard and it feels very rigid and stiff. so i tried to treat it how i treat looking at any reference when i draw.

I have several roughs for different piece sitting around for a while, and i had some time to kill during an 8hr car ride. This is just the first a few more drawings im going to compile for a small zine. Thinking of either a+g+b -or- FRICTION as the title.

I'm going to be dropping these one at a time as i get them done. I'm sorry for the lack of an update last month, i hope dropping ...

Hello! I am not dead, very much alive. I'm working on the next drop which has about 7 new illos of some threesome action :)
I've been a bit busy looking for new apartments, thinking through my working strategy going forward and getting the traditional ink comms out. It's gonna take me some time to get them all done and compiled into a nice zine. I appreciate your patience! TBQH, finding the time to do spicy art is hard as i do not exactly live alone, I don't exactly want anyone peering ove...

SEPTEMBER DROP!

SKETCH DUMP #005

I could never stick to one brush when i came to sketching or doing prelim stuff. I've had Shiyoon Kim's ink brushes in folders for some time but i started using them again and then tweaked 'em little bit to have that parallel pen line width and i love it even more. i can use it for everything, sketching, cleaner ink if i want. It actually got me excited about drawing again and been doing a lot more of it lately since ive had more time to. i feel good! 

daily sketch

Warm up with probably my fav eva character, Misato, in prep for the spicy sept drop! I apologize for being late on the drop, not being satisfied with my ideas for the drop and dealing with pesky computer problems, troubleshooting, but narrowing down the issues. Got it down to the CPU or PSU.

 i have bunch of pinterest folders full of all kinds of ref and just turn it into a more interesting and fun figure study for me.

I'm about a month late, but yea! around this time last year was when Ross approached me with this story and here we are. I still have much to go when it comes to finishing and sharing with you guys, but i'm pretty proud of what I've done so far and i'll only get better i believe.

CITY 17 ZINE

Last month, the City 17 Zine for Ukraine was released! The donation period is over now so i can show my piece. I was inspired by Vyshyvanka Day, from wiki.. "is an international holiday that aims to preserve the Ukrainian folk traditions of creating and wearing ethnic embroidered clothes called vyshyvankas."
