Stick(er) Bug Tier Added!

This is something I've been meaning to add since Telegram stickers are quick and fun, and something that is really cool to collect for a lot of people!

How it works is I'll be building a big sticker pack of YCHs, if you're a member of this tier you can grab one a month at no extra cost from that pack!
Ideally you'd use the same character for each month and end up building a big ol' pack of stickers to express yourself on Telegram and beyond!

Coin Exchange Rate Changes - Effective Nov 9th 2019

UPDATE: Due to some feedback from the community on Discord I've decided to update totals so that "old" coins are still valued at $3 per. This will increase your balance to compensate for the price changes. This change is happening Nov 10th, after I take out the patreon stream payments. Nothing will change on your end, you'll just notice a jump in coins.
This seemed like the fairest way to handle folks feeling like their coins have 'lost' value.
