What happened last month? Let me tell you!

We're still working hard on Mayu's Date and with that, Date Mode in general. Early in July, we gave out the first prototype to our Patrons with Beta Access. It featured roughly the first chunk of the Date and pretty much all core features, but no animations, graphics, sounds etc. whatsoever. Since then, writing has finally been finished, the further level design is well underway and I have started to make it visually appealing ;)

A little late this time as we needed to get our page unsuspended after another review through Patreon content control, but here comes the monthly progress report.

Dev Diary #28: UI Date Mode Redesign

Just a small one today: I made a rough redesign of the User Interface. A good friend of us (who is a UI designer) advised us to merge the board and the background together more strongly. I think he's absolutely right - the new design lets you dive right into the scene and this way I'm not painting the whole background just to only show a small snippet in the end :D

We'll take care that the background won't be too noisy and thus making the board hard to read.

Soccer World Cup!

Since Cucu isn't into soccer at all, she used the saved time to create this little special for you guys. Nikki is watching the trophy closely and will definitely notice if you attempt to use your hands during the game. Dev Diary #22: Event Types and Date Building

Hey peeps, annoying news. I already told the higher tiers, but our youtube account got permanently suspended without a warning. Kinda my fault though for uploading NSFW stuff, but I thought it wouldn't matter as long as I keep them on unlisted. That assumption turned out to be wrong.
