Pattern time
Time to draw up the markings and cut the fur out. Was not able to get the mesh eyes printed last night but hopefully soon. Learning a lot from this project.

I want to change a few things that I currently do with my suits, but to do so I need to actually test it and see what works. This head is turning into a full prototype of sorts. It started as a canine print which was a variation of the ones I originally created for Megaplex. I changed the structure some, altered the nose, the eye lids/expression to create what you see now. Printing these canine bases to have as partial kits coming up this December. I should have the first batch of these with noses, teeth, tongue and ears. Debating on which I will do with eyes based on how much time I have on hand. But I will be selling these at different levels of completion, some will definitely have more parts done than others so they will all be differently priced.

Did a few variations of a few things I want to do with this base. From magnet placement to a fan cut out and extra ventilation out of the eye ducts. Ears will just be foam to keep the weight down, but using them as placeholders here. Going to try 2 types of eyes with these, lots of options I’m excited to finally create. For now I’ll have to start with printing the first one. Nose will be printed separately via resin.
Head base (3D print)
Working on getting these printed and set up to have them available to buy hopefully end of the month (as a kit with eyes, teeth, tongue). A variation of the ones we did for Megaplex but cutting out chunks to keep it lighter overall. This one will have printed ears as well that will click into place, it will also allow me to create different types of ears for it.
Making 2 versions of these a more generic version and one with more stylized eyelids.

Thinking I’ll work on a deer vseeface avatar as well. Have the cat almost to where I am comfy with it but want to make a deer too. Might do 2 versions, deer and reindeer/caribou (different snouts and antlers).

Working on the feline to have a few options. The hair is just a place holder for now as I am not loving it currently but going to make it so the hair can be toggled on and off and same with the cheek fur as well (I struggle sticking to one hair style so still playing with the look). Trying to do a few mix and matches with these so it is easier for people to turn into their characters. Want to do a mane as well on him which can be toggled on and off as well. So lots of updates in the works for...

We usually don’t make tigers on commission anymore since they are a crazy amount of work. So mostly doing these for auction. Plus it really helps I had saved these 2 orange furs for over 10 years just to use it on a specific project 🙌🏼

Quick updates on what is currently going on. Been a bit slow posting things as I am dealing with a pet loss which happened abruptly this weekend so slowly getting back to things.

Currently piecing together the body for the plush. Should be be able to show it very soon. Working on doing the embroidery for the paw pads next. Head will be modeled as soon as possible so I can finish putting him together. The head will be a mix of materials so excited...

The characters are currently getting rigged and if all goes well should be available starting the 30th of this month. That means if you are on the VRC tier these models will be included with your tier. Going to release these in batches, this first batch will have 4 separate textures which means you get 4 separate Vseeface files so they are easy to upload to the app and use. All of these will have the ability to follow your own hands using this:
