Selling 5 head kits (I have 2 yoties with orange eyes). All kits are $850 usd they include shipping in the US/insurance/tracking.

Head kits fit most head sizes. Made them to fit pretty much everyone. The coyotes come with orange eyes or green eyes. The vixens come with blue eyes and green. What you see in the pics are the actual heads ready to ship.

Back from Megaplex

Plush pattern

Working on my giant wolf plush pattern, beyond excited to see this one take shape. Printed a smaller version of this to draw the pattern and blow up huge. First time doing it like so, learning as I go. Model was originally done on nomad sculpt and quickly printed.

Ready for Megaplex

Early look on how this wolf is looking. He will be a suit available at my Megaplex table this year. Will come with a head, hand paws and a tail. Plan to draw up art to go with him and available to upgrade to a full body after the con. WIP.

Horse print 1st draft

Plan to do some revisions on this one but the first print is a success. The ears I was not happy with so I’m re sculpting them and copying the foamie look better. Resizing the head so it’s slightly smaller too. Will have this first version available to purchase at Megaplex.

Next suit going up for auction, this time it will be a gray wolf 🐺 full photos will be posted later today.

Horse in the works

Want to finish sculpting this base so I can offer a horse soon. I don’t see many horses so I’m excited to see how this one turns out.

Sculpting hand hooves as well since I love that look over the finger one.

Quick health update

Big reason I’m not posting as much as I had it’s because of how my health has been over 2 months, dealing with infections to now chronic bladder problems. To be honest I’m really hurting and some days it’s hard to stay positive when I wake up in massive pain. Currently waiting to get seen by a specialist but wanted to keep everyone posted I’m not being lazy or putting things off I’m just trying to navigate my current life of forever being uncomfortable 😣.

Eyes 👀

So many eye designs to choose from. Will be using these on the BJD dolls I am working on. These are just some of the many I currently have in hand.

Coyote/Jackal base WIP

Wanted to work on a more completed head kit for Megaplex this year and thought why not a coyote. Gives me an excuse to work on a lot of teeth. Wanted the eyes to fit in perfectly so the head can come with eye blanks and dye sub mesh. Still need to alter a few things but overall very happy where it’s going.

Test prints

Printing the fox heads in different sizes using resin and trying to figure out the best way to attach the magnet. Working on a tiny face limits me on how much space so trying to see what options I have. These are for the BJD dolls I am working on.

TikTok Stream Replay -Kitty Head

Since TikTok gave me access to their live studio I can stream from the computer meaning I can show my Ipad work. It makes it a whole lot easier to start a quick stream and get this going. I plan to stream on Tiktok way more often so watch my TikTok channel at @latinvixenbarks for future streams. Will re post all streams here so if you missed it just watch for the replay posts.

How to Make a Dog Nose on Nomad Sculpt

A few had asked about making a nose on Nomad Sculpt so wanted to show the process I go through when thinking about making noses, a dog one in particular.

Like any part of nomad sculpt you want to to treat things such as noses, teeth or eyes as individual parts. You will have better control of the mesh than trying to do everything as one solid piece. Plus if the nose is done as a separate object you can squash and stretch it to fit the look you want for a variety of head bases. I have us...

Working on something a little different

So I started sculpting my fox figure and was really happy with the results, but I wanted to try something a little different. Been reading about YMY dolls and ob11 which are super popular in Japan meaning you can buy a lot of clothing and accessories that fit. So I want to make it so the body fits with my heads, print a tail and some hand paws, making it way cuter overall. Right now I am just placing the head on the body but this weekend I will be printing more proportionate ones :) very much...

Time to Flock

Sanding is done and I’m ready to start flocking the eyelids. Never done it on a head just noses so I’m excited to see how it turns out 👀.

Quick update

Finishing up a few suits that need final touches. Been dealing with a mystery illness so jumping from medication to medication and I’m not going to lie it’s kicking my butt. New antibiotics are making me crazy nauseous so trying to do as much as possible. Need to post up more on the girly fox head I’m working on and get that going. Fox base (a different take on this one)

Back from FWA, quick update

Back from FWA, we had a great time vending at FWA. We sold out of bases so we were able to close a day early. More than likely will do this at future FWA's since it gave me time to actually enjoy my event even for a day on Sunday.

Things are a bit slow at the moment since we are getting everything ready to re stock Etsy, emails and regular work.
