In which I demo, review and make music with the Liquid Foam by Herbs and Stones from Italy. This little banana patchable synth feels like a parallel universe Roland TB-303 - squelchy, full-sounding and with a unique sequencer. Its left-field but likes to dance, and has constant good suggestions on how to do so. It has its quirks and is certainly not perfect, but its bold and beautiful and I am happy it exists.

My Panda Shall Fly visited me in my studio in Berlin and we turned on the synths and starting playing. We got on great immediately and from there on we send each other tracks and ideas, and each of us did aggressive treatment to them. I kept this one a secret for a bit - originally recorded in winter 2018, this has found its way on tape, vinyl and digital via the the amazing Seil Records. If you enjoyed my quiet albums such as Ambient Piano Works and Cello Pattern, you might enjoy this, too. It's a fragile, fleeting set of music I recorded here, mostly without touching anything, instead guided by Peter Blassers radio-antenna instruments.
