I knew that I wanted to do Netzach since early in the creative process. This is a piece that I'm feeling pretty connected to since a lot of the pressures of being self employed have reared their head. The presence of Netzach has become a daily experience for me. That connection always yields good results. So I'm looking forward to digging deeper on this painting this week.

I jumped into color really fast. I'm going to have to watch the values on this piece closely because darker palettes tend to drift into unreadable territory pretty easily on digital pieces. Full-res in the attachments.

Adding some color and tweaking the values a little is bringing me closer to final but starting to make me nervous. The visual footholds I got with the last step feel like they are slipping substantially. But, as always, I'm going to trust the process and evaluate myself harshly throughout. A little research and some tweaking as I clean it up will either clean it up or cause me to peal it back and start the colors over. Full res in the attachments.
