I mentioned earlier that the theme of the contest was "transformation", hence the idea to have the protagonist, the little goat boy, have a complete visual change during the story. At first I wanted to give him white fur, but when I came up with the idea of turning his horns into icicles, I thought a change in his fur colour would look good too, so I decided to give him brown fur to make the difference of the change more obvious.
