Planning Arc 4

I now have to start working on CH 38 which does mean my planning without writing days are over.

This is a problem, as 50% of my planning actually ended up having to be discarded. By discarded I mean shifted to Arc 6, which I now know what is, lucky me.

I have a pretty damn good idea of what's in each chapter up until abouuuut, next Sunday.

Chapter 24,

Meeting Business Clone, and getting errands done. I wouldn't call this the most action packed chapter but it feels nice to put out calmer bits sometimes. I think it still has plenty of enjoyable content, and marks the first real return to form for this story. A little serious, a whacky hijink, an enjoyable dramatic moment where Sakura isn't sure if she's flubbing or if they're just a bitch.

Chapter 23 - Format Change Announcement

So I've had an issue with the way I've released things for quite some time, and I think I figured out the answer.

It came to me while I was working on this arc, there's no reason to release it in such huge chunks? I find it much easier to write small bits regularly. So for this arc - which is somewhat slice of life anyway - I'm going to be testing a new method of release.

Whereas previously the minimum chapter length was 3100, it's now 1600, but I'll be releasing two times a wee...

I was pretty excited to write both Omake, and I'll not say I didn't enjoy writing both quite a bit, but I think Mebuki came out better. I think the topic at hand here was serious enough that an Omake length just wasn't enough for it to not feel a little awkward and out of place.

I still really like it, and I think I'll explore the implications of the omake in a later chapter more thoroughly.
