Sooo idk if Yona and Molly would ever date. I could see a future where their relationship becomes extremely codependent until they finally date. But both of them are too alpha/top energy for it to be an immediate thought in their heads. At least, after the events of the graphic novel, they would definitely be bringing that out in each other.

This month's theme is OYSTERS!
I fell into a really interesting research hole this month. I learned about how there's a Japanese myth that tells about pearls being formed from the tears of mermaids. I also learned about the flowers that taste like oysters! It's called an oysterplant, or sea bluebells.

I got a new stamp for my return address! (Which is actually my co-working building that no one can work at right now rip) This is gonna make packaging stickers and prints lightning fast.
And a liiiittle preview at the sticker and illustration for next month. I got a paper guillotine for the new prints to trim them to fit in the envelopes. I LOVE the shhnk! sound of a guillotine.

Our current administration is trying to trash our national postal service! I know a bunch of people who only receive mail thanks to the employees of the USPS. Private companies simply won't cut it in rural areas.
I send stickers and postcards (like this one!) through the USPS every month. I order Sally Ride stamps, they come to my house, then I stick the envelopes in a big blue metal box on the street corner. It's so dang easy and cheap and effective. Most of y'all get stickers within 2...

I saw this cute stuffed pink bear sitting by some lavender plants and bumblebees on one of my walks in the neighborhood. It was by a house that had a bunch of food and supplies out front for people. I love my neighborhood.

My ninth comic in the Reine series for Autostraddle. I'm a sensitive crybaby who makes soft comics. It's become more and more challenging to find the softness in the day to day. But as long as we have community, we have love, and that's where the softness is.
