This one's getting moved ahead in line a fair bit, since we've been eager to submit it and tonight's DA update is also Korra and Asami-themed anyway. Been pretty eager to get this one out.

As for what the specific context is... Why not throw out your own idea? Plenty of potential readings of the situation and we couldn't really commit to one in particular so we figured hey, why not just throw it out there as-is and see how everyone chooses to read it.

Daylight Filler: Letters To Santa

Daylight Park is something where a lot of unexplainable stuff just sort of happens. So in the course of drawing this, Me and Martin realized that Santa (or at least someone with all the same powers and habits as Santa) really does come there every year. Originally the idea was going to be that Nainika filled the orders herself, but the idea that she just has a direct line to Santa probably makes more sense.

This really makes me curious how Thomas and Sonny would celebrate Christmas in...

Legends2 Commission - Rock On

Heheh.... Yeah, a simple commission involving Eri being adorable and rocking out next to Jiro. In general it's always fun doing stuff with UA Students mentoring Eri. She's everybody's baby sister. 

Abe Commission - Dendy Experiments

Heheheh.... Yeah, this is a commission from Abe involving the cast of OKKO.... It's one of those cases where we've worked on this since and the second time was way better. Consider this a prelude, I guess. ^^

We haven't done the characters in this series much, and when we do it can be sort of clumsy. I think I can officially say the later project I'm hyping doesn't have that problem, but we've got that issue here. .... Except for Dendy. Dency is adorable here. ^^

Double Birthday Picture

Gah, sorry for the missed update, we're still kind of getting used to the every three days approach for updating. The next one will be on the 24th as normal, we'll try and keep better watch on it.

Dirtybooks Commission - Glimpse of the Future

This one's getting moved ahead in line a bit to coincide with the release of Age of Calamity - happened to get commissioned to do Purah's new design from the game so hey, what better tie-in? ... Granted we're posting this two days before the game comes out, that's scheduling for ya.

Honestly have no idea if I'm getting the game at launch or not. Kind of leaning not, sort of underwhelmed by a lot of aspects of it on paper, though will certainly pick it up at some point.

William Being Spunky

Just a cute, fun little shot of William; we actually did this awhile back and the proportions were especially wonky. Did a redraw of it last minute to use as a bit of Daylight filler here, though so think there's still room for improvement, it might get another go over at some point in the future. Today's update kind of snuck up on us so sort of had to improvise, though hope everyone enjoys.

Everything is Normal Here at Tandy

It's funny, we kind of count this as more of a Cheer picture than a Wotch one, even though 32 is the only character actually from Cheer present here. Either way there's a lot of overlap between the two casts anyway, so kind of just splitting hairs here. Just started as a picture of 32 and then we figured out what Wotch side characters we wanted to pad from there; dialogue and fixing the pattern on Katie's sleeve to be not quite as rigid were both very last minute additions.

Been a bit on Kayla but always fun doing things with this whole little story, even if admittedly we could've done better work on the first panel. Not a huge amount to say on this one specifically but do hope that everyone enjoys.

Gah, sorry we're submitting this so late in the day, for obvious reasons our days have kind of bled together during the election. This is one we've been delaying posting for a bit, because of the Lance story we put up fairly recently. Gotta space out the Pokemon and all.

Beastbear Commission - Daru's Duty

Just some random fun with Steins;Gate, were given free reign to pick who we wanted for this and this is what we wound up at. It has a pretty fun cast and all, but we tried to diversify a bit with characters from it we don't usually draw.

Little Tiger Lost

Now that the chapter in Daylight is over we wanna try some fillers for a bit; the hurricanes mean we're behind the balll on all of our other projects.

But in the meantime, here's some cuteness. Thomas and Mrs. Birch have a close relationship, and I think it went back to when he was really little. ^^ I've wanted to do a story about these two becoming friends for a long time and this sort of sums it up. Maybe I'll get to it once of these days.

Laundry Day

Heheheh... Yeah, Purah is always a cute one... Odd timing on this since we just did another Purah picture... We'll be posting that one when Hyrule Warriors comics out. ^^

But yeah, the idea was just Zelda having to do laundry, much to the amusement of the little stinker. A lot of details went into the background here courtesy of Martin. My favorite's likely the stone wall on the left.  ^^ We were trying to really make it look like the "set" of her lab in the game.

Annakatan Commission - Anne Lasso Relapso

This one got moved ahead a bit for a number of reasons; we wanted something kind of Halloween-ish and this does at least involve a costume, plus we have another Wotch-related picture due to go up next month so we thought we would space them out a bit. Know Anne tends to go over pretty well so hope everyone enjoys this one.

Ultimate Nursery for Gifted Juveniles

Hello999 Commission - With My Smartphone

Yeah, this was a commission we did for the anime In Another World With My Smartphone. I gave the show a shot after drawing this, since Rise Of The Shield Hero showed I could really get into Isekai shows, but I didn't like this one at all. It felt almost like it was a parody of the genre except it didn't have any jokes.

Character designs were cute at least. If anyone's a fan of the show, I hope you'll enjoy this. ^^

Daylight Park - Oh Brother!, Page 23

This is the last page of this chapter and as such we'll be taking a bit of a break from here to focus on other projects, likely resuming at the start of the year. Really enjoyed getting to work with Thomas, Sonny, and Wendy's dynamics together and eager to do more with them going forward, we have a lot in mind with them. Legends2 Commission - Regressed Sothis

Yeah, this is a commission that wound up having a lot of work put into it - it was during a period where we were messing around with brush patterns and the like and so it got put to use here really trying to make Garreg Mach look accurate to the source material. The lines are maybe a bit too rough and craggly on it but I think this was before we started to really dig into custom tones which would've likely worked better for it.

Itty Bitty Mitchy

Daylight Park - Oh Brother!, Page 22

Yeah, after the delays with Daylight Park over the past month we definitely wanted to make sure to get something out with it this time around. Just a sweet moment between Sonny and Wendy, really just kind of bringing the drama over Sonny's sudden arrival to a conclusion with Wendy wholly accepting him.

We'll likely have one, maybe two more pages in this chapter and then take a break from Daylight for a bit while we focus on other options. Really hope everybody enjoys.

The Greatest Orator of Our Time

Hey, Saga of Tanya the Evil! This one's something you'd think we would work with more; I think the only time we've previously drawn Tanya was a commission we got that we could have done much better work with.

We've been meaning to add dialogue to this one for a bit but it's kind of been waiting for whenever I get around to rewatching the show since it's been awhile. Might add that later on, if nothing else before whenever it makes its way to DA.

Lulshi Commission - Magical Oversight Page 2

Appropriate timing on submitting this one, we just finished page 4 a couple of days ago. The whole process had gotten kind of stalled out from Adam's current situation - still no sign of when his Internet will be back on but at least in the moment we've found workarounds for it so that he can at least get files to me.

Pretty happy with how this one came out, though do think that if we'd done it about a month later it'd probably be better; I think this was done right before we started to...

The New Job

Hey, Bravely Default, that's always fun! Honestly is a series we should work with much more often than we do, it's a great cast but doesn't tend to come to mind much. Really I need to make the time to play Bravely Second one of these days, I've owned it for ages but just never been in the mood for it. 

Legends2 Commission - Rhea and Cyril

This is getting moved way up in line for stupid reasons, but don't mind too much since I'm pretty happy with how it came out. Three Houses is kind of a goldmine for fun stuff and we should do more art with it soon; don't think it ever would've occurred to me to draw Cyril but very happy with how he turned out here. Plus as busy as her design is Rhea was quite fun to do as well. Hoping this one goes over well.

Daylight Park - Hurricane Filler

Yeah, this is a bit of an intermission due to the current circumstances with Adam's power - if you didn't see the status update on that, he's headed back home but at the moment it's still out and we don't know when things will level out. We'll be able to update as usual otherwise, but Daylight and our comics are a bit of an uncertainty right now.

Am pretty happy with how this one came out at least. This is our first real introduction to Harl, who's been mentioned before but not shown up...
