It took forever to finally get done; the picture wound up sort of forgotten in the folders before finally being finished, and even then took forever for us to write the reviews for her. Once we got to it though, I had a lot of fun. Was a pretty easy picture to do, all-in-all.

So who's into School Rumble? Imadori's a really fun character as is his dynamic with Mikoto. This basically came out of doing a random sketch of Imadori, doing multiple expressions for it, then coming up with a scenario around them.
I should really watch School Rumble again. It's a really hilarious show with a wonderful cast. Totally recommend it for anyone who hasn't seen it.

I feel like Sinthia gets a lot less play than the other members of the Sitter cast - I guess since Geoff has the market cornered on the big baby gags and Su has the whole ironic babysitter role reversal thing. A lot of things that wash out of the tournament we wind up trying to do individual pictures of. This was a little diddy we tried of Kyle, which of course has him getting some harsh treatment from Catra. ^^
Very cute and had a lot of fun with the dialog. I can see some ideas for sequels to this, honestly. ...... Mostly just to watch Kyle suffer more. Poor kid is built for it.
Heheh.... Yeah, the fact that Yuki is physically incapable of altering the tone or volume of her voice combined with her being a three-year-old meant we eventually had to do the gag of her throw a tantrum. Love the butt-to-the-camera shot on Yuki and yet the dialog is STILL the best part of this picture. ^^

I really had fun writing this one; I even Googled what to do if someone you know is having a panic attack. This is a really intimate and loving moment between Thomas, Wendy, and Sonny.
I like that Wendy clearly doesn't know how to help her brother, and isn't even sure how she feels about him transferring magically into her life...

Of late we've been going back and redoing a lot of art or just sort of cleaning things up after they've been finished, so this felt like an appropriate thing to do as a bit of a bonus update - just kind of throwing up revised versions of some recent pictures. The Toph and Zelda pictures are just adding dialogue to the old versions, but these other two are full redraws, intentions behind them both bringing the designs closer to canon and updating the art to be more along the line of the stuff ...
