Inspired by Miles No. 1

Another collection of my short takes on captioned images that I love.  This set is from caps by Miles starting with one of the first I wrote - "What did the Twins say?" were I think that the image and few words from Miles invited a bigger story.  There is another set from the work of Miles in contemplation because of his great material.

Another idea from Erin, but this time I went way off the original idea.  Sometimes stories just go where they go.

Another story from a seed by Erin recorded at the foot of this story.  She has some great ideas and I am always open to them ... from others too!

The Long Game

I am also compiling a book themed on sports/pastimes.  I think that I am almost finished that with only one soccer story to go.  This one is about golf.

A Tear for Bunny

Another idea from Erin - her title a play on the word tear and I envisaged a gang based drama with an ending that is not usual for me but clearly demanded by the name of the story.

The Paramedic

As patrons may know, my second book is out on Amazon and the third should be out before the end of the month ... and we have more lined up.  On theme that we have been discussing is based on helpers.  I have a few stories where a character has such a role and Erin suggested a paramedic  - see the note at the end.  I am always looking for ideas, and I think that I will need at least 6 more stories on this theme.  Seeds anybody?

Christian Feminization Collection Vol. 2

Is it a sin to get such a thrill out of lampooning religion?  I have to mention Lacey, a devout Christian, whose scripture interpretation is behind "In Praise of Rebirth"; and also Stephie whose irrepressible sissiness is behind "New Believer"

Erin is always plaguing me with ideas and this was another pearl seed.  The added poignancy is that I have been in this place, but the man never came along (sniff)

Peer Pressure

This one came from an idea in a Fictionmania Message Board exchange about peer pressure as an agent for gender change.  As people will realize I am always looking for new agents, so after initially dismissing this is the exchange I started this story, and I have to say that the main character rather ran away with the whole thing!

The Abbot

This is one of my historical stories and is one that has always interested me ever since I read about the Abbe de Choisy and the Chevalier d'Eon at about the same time (a book by Havelock Ellis I think).  I have no doubt that these memoirs are the work of a transwoman and the people referred to in them are real but the note raises the possibility that there is fabrication here.   Anyway, my words certainly are!

Hiding from Guilt

One of the books I am working on  is themed "Undercover or in Hiding" and I was missing one story.  Erin suggested that somebody hiding from their own guilt, perhaps by escaping into their preferred gender.  Is that what is going on here?

Casting

As Patrons may know, I am putting together some books to be published on Amazon, and one in the series themed broadly on the arts, called for a story about Hollywood.  Erin threw out an idea and this story worked its way out.  Tell me what you think.  Patrons will get to read all my stories in these books but this is where feedback is demanded!

Erin is helping me with my anthologies and is supposed to be helping with ideas on a specific theme, but then she comes up with ideas like this, about an attempted suicide, knowing full well that I will just have to write the story.

Darts of Cupid

I am writing a series of books - collections of my short stories to be published on Amazon each with around 15-20 stories on a similar theme.  One volume is based on sports and recreation and I was missing a few stories.  I was looking for a sport where both men and women compete on an equal footing, and I found the story of the women who became world champion after defeating only men.  The sport was darts, which I have always known as a bar sport.

No More Worlds to Conquer

That is why Alexander the Great burst into tears ... or perhaps he was just girly all along?  This is another of my takes on history, where I generally expand on known crossdressers or likely transwomen, but in this case seek to explain the early demise of the greatest military leader ever known.  Watch out for my forthcoming collection of these stories which does require a few more new stories.

Queen of Hearts

This is another story for my Amazon book "Misfortune and Romance in the Old West" which will be published next month for those who prefer book reading my stories.  Here, in a mining town full of men, the fate of a new arrival turns on the cards.

Two Years on Patreon

On 30 April 2019 I opened my Patreon page with eight of my stories. Since then I have used this subsite to post almost every week, at least three new stories each time. I am not sure of the total number and Patreon does not tell me how to find out! But I am guessing that it is hundreds as there are more stories here than anywhere else.

This is my raw output. Some of it needs buffing, and probably all of it needs proofing, but for me this site is about creating...

Skater Girl

I corresponded with db543 who sent me something of value - so he can be regarded as a commissioner worthy of a dedicated story (please consider escalating to that tier).  It was not the skateboarding that was his idea, but the reluctance that he wanted to see.  So it had to be told from the other side, don't you think?

License to Kiss

My muse came up with the name, which is a bit corny, but inspiring.  I was all I needed.  He had to be British, because (as you will find out) "what a gentleman [spy] wears under his bespoke suit should be his own business"

The Tutor

Another book that I am working on with Doppler Press will be a collection of old and new stories based on historical fact.  I have fun writing these stories.  I try to ensure that I involve factual characters wherever possible and most times the stories are about a historical TG or CD figure.  But here I have introduced a new character to history built around a very interesting monarch...

Solicitation

Here is another story that came out of a chat with Erin of Doppler Press and Big Closet fame.  She just mentioned a cop picks up a guy comin home from a Halloween party and charges him with solicitation.  Please not that I see a sequel in the future (?)

Oddity

I am working on publishing a series of collections of my short stories on Amazon through Doppler Press.  I have some prior anthologies but for these collections are a mixture of old stories and new, and are working with a different theme for each book.  My publisher Erin, is a mine of ideas for stories and this idea is one of hers.  Look for the first of the books now published and I hope on each month.

Inspired by Tiffany etc. No. 14

Tiffany is incredible!  She is not producing at the moment, and concentrating on real life, but I love her short, pithy captioned images when looking for ideas.  She paints a picture but leaves me with plenty of scope for imagination in creating a story.  This is the fourteenth volume of her stuff so that is 70 stories.  And by my count there are more than 180 more of her caps that are worth me drawing a story from.  Can it be done while still keeping things fresh?&nb...
