Friday Update - February 7, 2020 (close enough)

Hope you all had a wonderful week! 

This pool should look familiar to those of you who saw the "preview of things to come" all the way back in the first update. That's where I showed Maeve getting out of the pool in a rather wet bikini, which I'll include in the 2nd picture.

This pool will make an appearance in the next update, though it'll look more production-ready than this. For one, it'll have a house attached to it. That house is the one that Olivia has asked you to help...

Friday Update on a Saturday, February 1, 2020

Hello patrons, and happy February!

I don't have much to report in this update. Progress is progressing. Renders are rendering. The writing is basically done (or as close as it gets for me - my writing is never done until the last read-through before publishing). So it's just a matter of posing and how fast my machine renders.

But hopefully soon I can upgrade and that should speed things up considerably.

This render is more interesting (to me) than it looks, because I've finally figured out how to fit Genesis 8 clothing on a Genesis 3 model. That opens up a much bigger world of clothing for me to get lost in!

Friday Update - January 10, 2020

I normally like to post a screenshot with the Friday updates, but the problem with the screenshots I have available is I don't really want to reveal the clothing choices beyond what you've already seen just yet! Sadly, this means you guys get a text-only update this Friday.

This past week has been all about getting back into the daily render grind, and things are going well. I expect to be rendering pretty much non-stop over the next two weeks plus a few days, with the hope and expectat...

This one is actually a bit of an experiment. It's a new skin (though not much different) for Maeve, and this is also what she would look like had I gone true blonde. I might at some point change her hair to be more blonde, but probably not all one color like this.

Friday Update (slightly late) - January 4, 2020

Happy New Year! Hope you all had a wonderful holiday.

This is it, the first update of 2020. And it's pretty good news, finally! I'm getting back into the swing of things and pushing hard on the renders. This update is slightly late because of that rendering, in fact. 

I'm still firmly committed to releasing the update at/near the end of this month, and then I plan to get back to a schedule of releasing updates within 6 weeks or fewer.

Friday Update - December 13 (ok a little late, again)

I was all ready to do the Friday update a few hours ago but then I got busy writing and rendering and I looked at the clock and it was 12:45am on Saturday. So I apologize, again, for my tardiness.

There is not a whole lot of news to report this week, sadly. Things are still going well and I am still progressing, though I still don't have a set date. That's actually something I need to devote some considerable thinking-time to, because of the whole Christmas thing.

I still have to deal with one more family member who is stuck at my place until Tuesday, but I mostly survived my Thanksgiving, and even had a little fun doing it.

Friday Update on Saturday, November 23

I'm not one to beat around the bush: the 0.4 update will not be ready by the end of this month like I had hoped. It's going to take at least another couple of weeks. Rather than provide an estimated date, all I can say now is that it'll be done when it's done. That sucks and, again, I am sorry.

"WTF is happening?" you may ask. It's a combination of several things: work, family, the slow creative process, slow rendering speed, and yes, a shitty work ethic.

I know this is disappoint...
