If it's heavy on your end use simplify or reduce the number of viewport hair childs in the properties. C'mon in the end it's just 3 hairs, you can run it :3
also, hair is controlled by a latice that follows a curve so you cna pose it super easily. but if you really want the top notch version you can always give that latice a mesh deform modifier an reference that to a dummy mesh with cloth physics for the best results

After experimenting a bit with the "fluid" shaders and with some help of BulgingSempai i managed to achieve something that works like a fluid overlay on the skin. but decided to use it to emulate slimey residue all over tifa.
This is a test scene for the ATWT moment. can't grant that the number of tentacles will stay the same (not that take much to animate or anything. but i dunno if i would like to add more in the future or remoove some)
So yeah, i opened pandora's box again and came up with an idea i'm liking so much i decided that either I put a dealine on this or it'll never be done. so after coming up with the blood moon tentacles idea i decided that by May 16 this will be animated, rendered, assemblied, will have voice and sound effects AND POSTED once and for all. it's gonna be made in eevee because i wanna do a lot of closeup shots and stuff that will make the animation just longer and will be more cinematic than just ...
