This is my new mod for The Sims 4, that I was previously calling Happiness Overhaul. I've been working on it for months, but it's now complete with all the features I wanted to include, everything seems to work, it's updated for the most recent game patch, and I'm pretty happy with how it turned out.

The Sims 4 update today was a major patch to prepare the game for the Cats & Dogs expansion pack later this week. Most mods will no longer work properly until they have been updated by their creator. In particular, expect any script mods or custom content furniture to be broken.
But I'm happy to say that all of my released mods have survived! I put a lot of work in to trying to make them robust and less affected by game updates, and I'm very glad to see it pay off.

This is a new mod I'm working on. The bulk of it is done, but I'd really like some people to try it out for a while in regular play and tell me what they think, while I work on some of the finishing touches.

In the base game, people complain about sims being happy too much. With Emotional Inertia, the opposite kinda becomes true: sims are almost never happy. It kinda bothers me that there's an entire mood, with unique animations and interactions and stuff going unused, so I've been looking at ways to give it a role in the Emotional Inertia mod.
