It's basically about people battling against scammers and it features a team of people doing very similar work to my own. In fact, I set up the BBC's computer access so that they could see and hear the scammers.

Who makes those scam popups?

This company (PC Protection Help LLP) create popups rather than just buy them like the majority of popup scammers. Not only do they create them, but they periodically log back into the PC's of the people they previously scammed in order to create new popups directly on their computer.
