Painting Ragnar Blackmane Part 2

Hey everyone, today I want to share my next Ragnar Blackmane painting part with you. In this video I will try my luck on the awesome backpack, and first approach with a new gold recipe.  I used AK Japanese Brown for the gold NMM maincolor, it is a very luminious golden yellow with a strong pigmentation, hard to find an equal matching color. Modelcolor Japanese Uniform and Scale Peanut Butter are close but not perfect matching colors.

Sepsimus Plaguesworn Purple Cloth

Hello friends, today I want to share my latest shorter session on Sepsimus with you. I tried some purple color on the frontside textile parts. It didn't matched 100 % to the backside color from another day, but should be easy to correct. The shadow purple color is from the Vallejo malefic paintset. Finally I was able to finish the next chapter of Uther. You will see how I've painted a second different light to the shouder pad and blend it with tiny brushstrokes for a metallic look.

Sepsimus Plaguesworn Dark Metal

Yes, two videos at one day, I was very busy last days, and promised more content with my Labs series, while I'm preparing the Uther chapter 3.

 In this video I've tried some contrasting black/blue/green dark metal for the belly. Maybe i will paint one of the shoulder plates in that color too. 

I've mixed some SC Dark Forrest Green into the Heavy Charcoal, to have some connection to the green armor.

Sepsimus Damage Texturing

In this next short Labs video, I'll try to achieve some damage textures on the previously painted green armor, because the nmm looks to clean and smooth for this chaos model. Maybe one of the plates should have a second contrasting color. Let's see, very experimental and a bit rough here and there. The colors for this, are the same like in the first green nmm armor video.

Painting Uther Bust Chapter 1
