Hey guuuuuys. Just considering what I want to do for the next bonus chapter in a couple weeks. I’ve got some options, and I’m open to suggestions. Keep in mind that I try to keep the bonus chapters fun and experimental so they are easier for me to weave into my irl schedule. I welcome discussion, which would give me a clearer idea of what you guys want.

Sosima- A flashback chapter focused on sosima’s backstory in a bit more detail, going over how she got to the island.

Startup chapter 8: Target Demographic

How Horny?

It has been brought to my attention that some feel that the overall level of smut is too low, but I also know that some feel that the modest smut quotient is a strong point in this story’s favor. I don’t really intend to have many gratuitous sex scenes, focusing more on climactic moments for that kind of thing, but I am interested in what y’all think.

Captain Pepper Black

Daughter of the legendary pirate Svartur the Black Titan and his first mate/wife Wind Dancer Aim’ra. Of course, they settled down about 20 years ago to open a tavern, so it’s not like Pepper grew up on a ship or anything. Just surrounded by awesome stories, which inspired her recent decision to make her own attempt at glory.

Incidentally, she has already made an attempt on my life in response to me introducing her by talking about her parents first.

The old Sandara is good but, as AI has progressed since I started this story, I thought I might generate a new one. Hope you like her.

Just wanted to let anyone who had set things up to send them an update when a new chapter comes out know that I changed tags for book 2. If that applies to literally no one, sorry, I’m being silly.

Hey, I just upped the monthly price so I want to start putting out something supplemental. Hopping into other headspaces can keep things fresh for me in my experience, so I thought I might make a bonus chapter every few weeks. Any of these sound interesting?

Price change

So, I’m planning on changing the prices on the patreon and the start of book 2 of pirates feels like as good at time as any to make that leap.

If I ever want this to even be a meaningful supplement to my income, 1 dollar isn’t enough. I also feel awkward about jumping all the way to 5$. I settled on 3 dollars.

Bonewrack Isle
