“That cult would never die till the stars came right again, and the secret priests would take great Cthulhu from His tomb to revive His subjects and resume His rule of earth. The time would be easy to know, for then mankind would have become as the Great Old Ones; free and wild and beyond good and evil, with laws and morals thrown aside and all men shouting and killing and reveling in joy.” —H.P. Lovecraft, “The Call of Cthulhu”

In Delta Green: COUNTDOWN, we outlined the King In Yellow Tarot; a deck (perhaps) created by the mysterious seer Madame Sosostris in the early years of the 20th century.
Now, we work to unearth the work. We have sent skilled artist Kurt Komoda into the outer darkness to find the pieces that once composed the Sosostris-tarot. He has returned bearing sketches.
These amazing first-pass sketches (there are ...
"Future/Perfect, Part 1" is a scenario for Delta Green: The Role-Playing Game. It's ideal for introducing new characters and new players to Delta Green.
Decades ago, an explosion leveled the Hunt Electrodynamics Plant and put most of Hellbend, California, out of work. Now the town is nearly dead. Only eighty-two people call the crumblin...

Delta Green is about lies. These lies haunt Agents throughout their career, and some Agents never move past the first lie. Others move back and forth between the lies as they attempt to "reset" their world view. Still others discard them all and live a life completely surrendered to cosmic nihilism, before they too fall under the sway of the forces Delta Green struggles to fight.
The following are the lies all Delta Green Agents face:
The attacks began on 4/22/16 at Prince and Greene St at 10:45 PM. The first victim was a teenager, Javier M. Calhoun m. 13 YOA. The boy was walking back from Genovese drugstore and "something fell on him" from an overhang. Witnesses saw the boy run into traffic with something dark on his back. He was struck by an Uber vehicle, taken to Mt. Sinai via ambulance, where he briefly regained consciousness. He claimed to have been attacked by an animal approximately the size of a raccoon, with "hum...

SENTINELS OF TWILIGHT
Please feel free to drop them in a reply here (please be sure to mark which one!) or send feedback on to: acell <at> me.com. Specifically, we're looking for:
Congrats Justin! You've won an original piece of art from Delta Green: COUNTDOWN (pictured above). An email will be on the way shortly requesting your address so we can ship it off to you.
And remember, pledge at least $10 a month to gain access to the raffle, and next month, on July 3rd, another original image might be yours!

Is there such a thing as a ASCII version of the NECRONOMICON, translated into plain English, that can melt your brain? Can you simply copy Unaussprechlichen Kulten into a Word file and spam a message board with it and cost everyone who reads it a bunch of SAN points?
The issue of what constitutes a unnatural tome, and what that even means, have come up in my Delta Green games. A lot.
What constitutes a “unnatural tome" is an interesting question in and of itself...

Get your pledge in by May 31!
On June 3, we pick another winner from the Patrons who kick in at least $10 a month. The reward is an awesome, original piece of Delta Green art from the Original Delta Green rulebook or Delta Green COUNTDOWN. This month, it's the header image for PISCES!
But even if you miss out, there's a LOT more where that came from. My goal is to clear out my art storage completely.
Take care of my babies!
So, we've settled on what I'll be writing after I wrap writing Delta Green: Impossible Landscapes , my crazy King in Yellow campaign. I will be doing art for the other books from the Kickstarter as well (Falling Towers, Deep State etc... ) but writing-wise, most of the heavy li...
2017-05-25 18:00:47 +0000 UTC View PostAs we wrap up Delta Green: The Role-playing game corebook, and Impossible Landscapes, the question of what comes next looms for me. I won't bother with any of the non-Delta Green options here (though there are a few on the table).
Let me know what you think! There's more of course. And if you can think of something you might want to see for Delta Green, put it in the comments below!
A fever-wracked stranger wandering the desert. A corpse budding with unknown life. An ancient Cree legend of the Star People... The dime has dropped for Delta Green, a team has been scrambled—but is it already too late?

Congrats Claes! You've won the original drawing of ARC DREAM—the MAJESTIC special project from Delta Green: COUNTDOWN. I'll be emailing you shortly with the specifics on your prize.
There's more to come. Next week it's the PISCES opening section illustration! The rules are simple, pledge more than $10 a month to become eligible for the drawing.
Hey guys, as we come to bring the big book in for a landing, we present a sneak peek at the raw text manuscript of Hypergeometry—magic in Delta Green; expanded with all the wonderful feedback we received from you.
Now with a ton of rituals you'll recognize from Lovecraft and Delta Green books alike. Enjoy!
And this is the cover for the Delta Green King in Yellow campaign. IMPOSSIBLE LANDSCAPES. (There’s no other option. This is the one.)

Hey guys, inside find:
Welcome to Delta Green actual play. Listen to a Delta Green team attempt to dissect the mystery of 1206 Spooner Avenue.
Attempt.
And, out of left field, a 3rd option for the Delta Green RPG Cover (you’re welcome, Scott Glancy)
This one was painted to match the Agent's Handbook (it actually can connect up with it in a single painting).

Hey guys! We're mad at work on Delta Green: The RPG. It now sits at 222k words, and is about 523-pages in raw text format. ENORMOUS. Here's sneak peek at the first half of the Unnatural section (53 pages of part 3), which contains a ton of stats for Lovecraftian beasties.
It's not-ready-for-primetime, but it's ready for the mega-fans to have a look. We've played with these guys for awhile, and mechanically, we're in love. Have a look, let us know what you think.

Assistant Medical Examiner for the City of New York, Dr. Henrietta Zimmerman is having a bad month. On 12 OCT 2017, she was called to the Tomassino Funeral Parlor near her home to perform an autopsy on a John Doe recovered at Mt. Neboh Cemetery in Brooklyn. She was technically on call, and the medical examiner was uninterested on coming out from Manhattan. It was hoped she would show up, find an obvious and uninteresting cause of death, and put it on the back burner. But that didn’t happen...

I can see them, and I think I know why no one else can.
They stand out to me. They feel different, even though they somehow look the same in those differences. Each one is carefully nondescript. None share the same characteristics except maybe a flatness to their eyes; a look that says, "I will consider you with equal import as the wall, or the door, or the car—you are a thing to be cataloged." I call them strange people.
Anyway, no one else sees them, and it's becau...
