I know we pitched it as a soft-cover adventure book. Well, now it's a 176+ page hardcover campaign-length book, expanded with no additional cost to the Kickstarter backers. That's just how we do things.

In my experience, there are two types of players that come to Delta Green. There are players who honestly want to play, and those who want to screw around or want to be in charge of games they're not running. Luckily the former outnumber the latter 10-to-1. Still, nothing can ruin a Delta Green game more than an unruly player who attempts to seize control of the game from the Handler. The difference between a great game and a mediocre or terrible game is cutting such poor players out, early. ...

Sometimes, when the mood strikes me, I make up entirely new game systems. Here's a very efficient little game engine I made up for cosmic horror. Don't worry, it won't be replacing Delta Green anytime soon — still, I have run Delta Green with it.

In my retirement, I read books all day. When I’m not reading, I play word-search puzzles. I have stacks of those flimsy, cheap, books, covered in red and blue ovals, scribbled notes and cartoons, with their puzzles done out; and a Tupperware bin of split-tipped felt markers. On Wednesdays, I fill a sponge with water, put it in the bin and let the pen tips soak. The pens are expensive and my…savings…does not go very far beyond the basics.
