Milkshakes VN Prologue Update

 I actually wanted to talk about something more positive and that's with the epilogue for the Milkshakes VN.  I wanted to give you a heads up on where we're at with it.

Right now I'm having some people read the overhauled draft of the script that my brother just wrote to get some feedback and discuss what needs to be or can be cut from the script. Things like "is this scene really necessary" or "this scene reveals to much to the audience that should be alluded to in the main game...

The Queen of Light and Shadows

Ooof, I went a bit overboard with that picture frame.  Well this is a commission I just finished up for Occam of his regal character Queen Nakhta.

You may recognize her from her role as one of the big villains in The Pirates Fate. She's actually vary pretty, when she's not trying to execute you and your crew members that is.

One of those rare instances where I'm proud of how my background came out even though its just a copy from a screen shot from the movie.

I think this is the first Disney picture that I've ever drawn.

Update on Kaiya

 Its been a few days since the incident and while I'm still a nervous wreck I have calmed down a bit.
Her wounds  look pretty nasty but Kaiya's acting better and moving around more like normal. when we took her to the vet one of her lacerations came undone and I was hoping they would stitch it up but they said to just leave it open for now, which totally freaks me out. and keep it clean and it should heal up ok in two to three weeks.

My dog got mauled by a pitbull

Thursday morning around 4:00AM My Malamute Kaiya got attacked by a pit bull. The pitbull got a hold her by the back of the neck right behind her left ear. Thank goodness she had all that fur or her injuries would have been a lot more serious. Non of her muscle tissue got damaged or punctured but she did get two pretty long tears in her skin and a couple small ones that I had to perform some quick surgery stitching it some Krazy glue and closed it up the best I could until we could get her some h...

Milkshakes Kickstarter in March maybe?

 I'm not hard set on dates yet but I was thinking of having the prologue for Milkshakes finished in November and then maybe starting the kickstarter in January. 

However after talking it over with some peeps I started to realize that doing a kickstarter close to December might be a bad Idea as I imagine that the holidays would have drained everyone's pockets. Deep fried laptop

We had a bit of a scare recently as the motherboard for the laptop my brother uses to edit and overhaul the script for the Milkshakes visual novel FRIED!

Totally dead and broken, not sure what caused it but thankfully everything was saved and backed up to google docs, phew that was a close one.

Tier Reward Girl

I created this new character last night as a kind of reward tier icon mascot. Poor girl doesn't have a name yet. As you can see the tier images are a kind of weight gain/breast expansion sequence.

I was originally going to make the tier icons into a bust chart and the images where going to be chest level pic of breasts in bras which I still might do but I only have 3 reward tiers planned out sofar, so I think this boar girl works better.

Damona WIP

I thought Id share this sketch of Damona that I've been working on. I love medieval Celtic and viking fashion and I wanted to redesign some outfits for Vicki and the gang for the VN but they can be tricky especially on bigger curvier figures. so I decided to try it on Damona whose one of my biggest ladies.

Changes to my Patreon

So I'm thinking of switching this Patreon back to monthly payments soon and creating some tiers that are specifically geared for supporting my Milkshakes VN project. At least until the prologue is completed and it's ready to go to Kickstarter.

Perhaps $1 - $5 would still be a tip jar for general art and weight gain related art and anything over $5 would be for supporting the Milkshakes VN project, what do you guys think?

"No more cake please"

A birthday present for my pal Volkenfox of his dog, warrior, gal Adonia. I really liked his redesign of this character and thought she would be fun to draw.   

The background took the longest to complete of this image as it originally had a mosaic textile texture which looked alright by itself but didn't quite mesh well against the character so I removed it.

Morgana Sprite

Not animated yet, just one of the things I've been working on the side while plugging away at commissions.

After getting sick recently my depression flared up again and really kicked my ass for a while, so I've been avoiding socializing in case I said something I might regret (・・；)  but I'm feeling mostly back to normal now.

Plus sized Morgana sprite

 After a chat with my pal Volkenfox I remembered I had a sprite for a character of mine and thought, this would probably be really easy to edit into plus sized Morgana, it wasn't XD but I think it turned out pretty good. 

It's highly likely that I'll end up animating her but it is quite a bit of a challenge. Since its mostly an edit there are a few inaccuracy's like her breasts should be a little smaller so we can see her necklace but I'm going to try an ignore them, maybe XD

Patreon Fixed

 Good news

After a couple angry E-mails and lots of waiting My Patreon account is finally unfrozen. Honestly I don't think they would have ever bothered to look at my account unless I had sent them the emails and it would have remained frozen. I really don't know what the best direction to take Patreon with so for now its still a tip jar.
 

Also Im still leaving it as a paid per post until sometime in next month so that way you guys don't get charged for August.

Update

Just a little heads up I switched my account from a monthly payment to a per paid post, so Hopefully you guys wont get charged this month while Im trying to sort things out with Patreon.

My account and balance are still on hold until the trust and safety team review my account and It doesn't look like that's going to happen before the end of this month.

I'm still going to post my stuff like normal and non of them will be paid posts so don't worry about getting charged for them...

Enjoying summer at the last minute

I had a pretty great weekend,  Spent all day Saturday swimming and playing down at the river t'was some well needed exercise. Then Sunday had a ton of pizza and played video games all day.  Tying to spend the weekends with my brothers doing fun outdoor activities.

All in all it was really nice and I hope you all enjoyed your weekend and that life is treating you good in general.

I really need to go camping and fishing sometime soon before the fall rainstorms come so ...

A commission I finished up tonight, took a gamble on making the background but I think it turned out pretty good.

Update on suspicious activity

So my patreon account is still waiting to be reviewed by the trust and safety team.

Someone suggested I tell my patrons to check with there banks to make sure that they notify them that the payment to patreon isn't a mistake or to update your payment method.

However I only had one declined payment last month so I don't think it will resolve the issue, also paypal seems to have been unaffected it only applied to pledges from bank accounts and from prepaid credit cards.

Dragon Vicki TF

Another month

Jeez I'm going to be 28 by the end of August.
