This week felt a lot less eventful than the last... honestly, I can barely remember anything particularly exciting—hence the many selfies and the lack of other pictures. But as you can see, we had some beautiful sunrises and sunsets, and I went on a little stroll today. Oh, and there was a coffee accident in the elevator (wasn't me, I swear—I don’t even drink coffee!).

Another summery series with @chrisdietzfotografie. This was the first set we shot, and I remember having such a great time. The lighting and setting are just perfect, and I'm so glad he introduced me to the Schwanheimer Dünen – a place not far from where I grew up and studied, yet I had never heard of it before.

2025 - Week 4

What a week! It feels like I’ve been here forever, and I can hardly remember life before the clinic. Each day is a battle to get up and make it through. On one hand, it’s helpful to be surrounded by people who truly understand how I feel. On the other, it takes a lot of emotional energy to avoid being dragged down when everyone around you is struggling too.

The bedroom with @toleaveascar

A shoot that truly helped me feel more free in front of the camera was this home session with @toleaveascar. It reminded me how important it is to trust the process—especially as we experimented with light, and I wasn’t entirely sure how the results would turn out. It was also probably the first time I explored being so "provocative" on camera, which was a big step for me.

First series from our second day of the four-day shooting marathon with @portraitsandlight (as requested on Instagram 😉). This was our first set of the day, and to be honest, we weren’t entirely convinced. That’s why we quickly changed the set-up, and I switched into something else after just a few minutes.

What a week! On Monday, I got the call that I could come to the clinic on Tuesday already, and since then, everything’s been turned upside down. It was super stressful to organize everything last minute and get here on time. Of course, there were delays, and I had to wait an hour in the freezing cold (picture one shows how tired and done I looked XD).

2025 - Week 2

My week started—and ended—by going through the pictures from my recent shootings. Some days I spent nearly 8 hours in front of my laptop, deciding which photos to keep and which ones to let go. (You’ve already seen some previews, but I’ve added a few more to this post!)

Detox January

My shooting detox this January is turning out to be tougher than expected! On the bright side, it’s giving me time to finally sort through all the pictures from December. I still have unfinished sets with @portraitsandlight, @photography_madebykevin, and @real.souls.photography to go through. So, that’s my mission for the next few days—going into the backlog and hopefully catching up… eventually! 😂

I’m finally back home after some intense days filled with back-to-back shoots—probably the most I’ve ever had in a row! They were long, challenging, and incredibly rewarding. We even shot some videos, which I’ll be reviewing and editing soon to share with you. The only downside is that I might not be able to add music to them because of copyright restrictions.

Portraitsandlight - Day 3

Day 3 with @portraitsandlight: another 4 hours of shooting and countless sets. I can’t even wrap my head around how many pictures we’ve taken—or how many times I’ve stepped out of my comfort zone. Working with @portraitsandlight feels healing in a way. It’s a safe space to explore poses and outfits I never thought I’d try. There’s something so freeing about it, and it’s helping me feel more and more like myself in front of the camera.

After 5 hours of shooting, here’s a small glimpse of the results. It was a challenging day filled with creativity and trying new things. I stepped out of my comfort zone more than ever and discovered poses, angles, and outfits I hadn’t considered before. It was a great experience, and I hope you enjoy these first results.
