Still crunching through the stage demo. Personal stuff has been messing with the schedule, but I'll nail this one in a few more days. I'll just rest for a bit as I feel the stress encroaching.
Anyway, we recently commissioned two artists for BGs. Chris prefers BGA1 while I think BGA2 is better but was saturated and did not blend well with the animations. Version B, hopefully fixes that. Still would like to hear your opinions.

...I'm back from mini-break. Was playing some HZD on the PS4 at the weekend. Good way to relieve stess and it's also an awesome game imho.

Hi guys, stage demo will be completed around 16th-21st. (Will have 2 family events this month, so schedule is a bit tight.) Then after that, 2 weeks or so to compile and add the sex scenes and those that Chris already finished. Do take note that these won't have the new minigame as that's not done yet.

Chris is finished with the Rapevine main scene and has moved on to the Fungus Brute main scene. He's also upgraded from PhotoShop to Clip Studio Pro.
Gave him pointers and enemy behaviour so he's all out for the next scene. This enemy won't be in the Map-Test demo, btw as there's no AI behind it yet. Tho I can try to clone it with the Bloodhunter and see if a few tweaks can make it work for the soft demo.

Hi guys. Code crunching to get the stage demo out. I'm still adjusting with the scheduling and catching up with work and real life, but I am always on this thing as much as I could ever since moving to the new place.

Hi everyone. Just finished five stages with the new BG assets. I had to add 30+ extra variations to doodads and other elements and will probably spend a few days creating a new but simple tutorial stage.

Last month, I tried to revive the original piece, unfortunately, it really crashes for some fucked up reason. Spent 5 hours trying to fix and retrieve it and I won't waste another for it. I will contact Rey, the old animator, maybe he can do something about it. Even pay him for the trouble so we can atleast get the original scene for gallery mode.

Just for everyone's information, work resumed a few days ago. Currently grinding to finish the next milestone. Chris finished the full set of Blood Hunter's indulge scene and is now tackling Rapevine.
He got a bit disturbed with Rapevine's lore, so I may have to tone some stuff a bit in the future as I doubt other distribution sites will allow something as dark. But he's gonna stomach it and do what he can for rapevine.

It's more winds this time, so we lost a small section of our roof with just ankle-high flood.
We'll probably move out first or second week of January to a flood-free area. It was a bit hard to find a new place specially having adopted 3 stray dogs. (5 dogs total now and landlords hate pets.)

I finished the backgrounds and other miscellaneous coding (can't stay away too long coding or i'll build up rust) - Now to explain why the backgrounds needed rework, the outsoruced BG artist and I had some communication problems. Some artists just don't know how a map tileset works, so I had to do a template so the BG artist will do the rest. (doodads, extra variations etc)

Ok just for a quick update, the indulge loop animation is finished and colored. We picked the brighter one since it blends better with test BG's. I won't be able to show it as I'm refining the rewards in the future campaign changes.

Just a quick update on where Chris is at now.
It is so... fappable. haha. Ok, I will be honest, I do not get turned on when I was doing the visuals. Working now with Chris' work gets me uhhhmn... double-meaning excited!
There's just some minor stuff that will change here, like the Bloodhunter having external balls. So if bouncing nuts happen to be a fetish, well, this scene does not fully cater to you. Next enemy, perhaps.

So I spoke too soon about things going back to normal after the storm. Turns out it's one of the worst 2 weeks of living at my place. We have power and one of the areas unaffected, but had to redistribute to affected areas til they got to fix shit up.
Everyday for 12 days, we have no electricity for 6-9 hours. Internet was as bad as one of their towers was hit affecting us to a crawl. I can't even load patreon to reply to messages. But I do read them from the gmail with its handy dandy dialup ...

Hey guys, progress is continuous but I am doing mostly code, so I've nothing to show yet. But as soon as I'm done, I'll post another video of it.

Ugh! It was a very hellish week for me re-coding and re-linking everything back to normal. I'm glad that's over and done now.
Just for everyone's information, I back the whole 2Gb project up to 3 separate external drives. The incident occurred at the middle of the work sesh. We had a bad storm a few days ago and suffered from flooding and lack of house water for 3 days when one of our local dams overflowed with sediments. Amidst that, my pc crashed after a nearby lightning strike and would not boot to windows anymore. just keeps looping with bsod before startup.
