Hey guys! Just a heads up— since there are five Mondays in May this year, I’m going to be taking a week off this month. Between a bunch of family stuff happening in the next few weeks and trying to make up time from being under-the-weather, I’m feeling a bit ragged. I’m not sure if I’ll be skipping the 16th or the 23rd yet, but I’ll know next Monday. Anyhow, there WILL be a page next week!

For anyone curious - I made a quick family tree to show where all the established grassland wolves fit into the picture. It's not story-critical, but kind of fun to see them all side-by-side. I also want to confirm that this is the same pack o' wolves from the first scene in the comic with the bison, if anyone was unsure! The style I drew them in has changed over the years, but I tried to stay true to their original designs/markings as time went on.

It's a good panel for promotional purposes, plus if I'm every able to do a printed version of Volume Two along the same lines as Volume One, this panel might be the one that ends up on the back cover.
It's also a good one to show how I brute force my way through large backgrounds that I'm not really confident in. I have no method to this madness other than looking at reference...
