In Moderation Bonus: Teen Girl Squad

I put Saeji and Skylyn together to see if they could host an episode giving me and Liam a break to catch up on stuff. Did not turn out to be a main episode but was good enough to make a bonus episode. How do you think they did? To be fair, it was the first time the two of them had met and their first time attempting to host. I'll subject Liam to their next attempt if you guys like this.

Rough Month

It's been a rough winter for me but one of the toughest things I'm competing with is my ridiculously slow upload speed. If you're wondering about the missing video on Spotify or lack of outtakes it's because it takes me a lot of time to upload something and while it's uploading I can't be uploading anything else. Combine that with my new roommate being a gamer so if he's online the upload is even slower, and that I'm consistently livestreaming now and can't upload while I'm live.

Update

So obviously I missed last week, I was mid breakdown but had left the podcast open to record and everyone jumped in and apparently didn't realize they were supposed to record and just sat talking (and in the end didn't want it uploaded). Here I was thinking the podcast didn't need me, apparently I keep everything running.

We're back on track for recording this week so expect episodes to resume next week.

Been a rough month for Rob so updates have been sparse but the good news is the MST3K food docs is still planned and will be a Patreon exclusive (for $1 and up), we just have to figure out the details and Rob needs to have time to edit it.

We're also creating a spin-off podcast, not telling you what yet but it will be monthly and will let you get to know your favourite creators even better.

A couple things Liam and I are looking at doing:

Now that we completed Baldur's Gate 3 (I wanted to do it first run without people influencing us to play the way they played, "you missed this" "you should talk to this guy" etc), we might open up hotseats to patrons in future playthroughs.

We're thinking of doing a Mystery Science Theater type riffing of food/healthy documentaries once every month or two to post here on Patreon.
