Transferring without a sling

Not everyone is able to pick me up, but whenever someone is, this is a Quick and easy way to transfer me. At the end of the video you can see me coughing a lot using a cough assist… otherwise I would not be able to effectively cough using my lungs alone. I'm not sure if it's the high elevation here and maybe the current pollen in the air, but sometimes I cough a lot more then usual. Update

offGoing to be posting more care content, I just had to hire two new caregivers so I'm still training them. Filming in the morning is especially difficult as we have only one caregiver at a time, no cameramen. But this is when the majority of my cares take place. So I'm working on buying a tripod and ring light so we can set it up well and see which one of my caregivers is comfortable. Currently two of them out of four don't want to help with content. And the two that want to help don't know...

My caregiver who helps me out with shoots like this is going to be picking up a lot of shifts this month. I'm hoping to revamp my wardrobe in a complete style change, going for a pixie soft goth spin off, featuring Long flowery dresses and High heels, both of which Will be lifted up in a variety of ways😉 I have one friend in the area who wants to do a sex scene with me, but should I make a more expensive tier on here for that??😇😂🥰 we shall see we shall see

This position looks effortless but it's not… overall I feel better laying on my stomach but it's tough to get in this position and my breathing it's a little weird because I can't stabilize myself unless my arms are under my forehead, and even then my arms slip away easily… it's crazy how this disability has challenged even my ability to sleep on my stomach.

Getting on my side let alone getting on my stomach has always been so difficult because of the hardware in my neck. Usually as soon as I get on my side, trying to turn me onto my stomach, I get really dizzy and have to go back on my back.
