DKP 7-5 I am not weak

The map was yellowed with age, but it was the only one that showed the whole expanse of the old empire. There were tears along the edges and a suspicious red stain to one side that hinted at wine. It showed locations of all the major cities, but many small towns and hamlets had sprung up since the creator drew this work. Unfortunately for Gersius, this was the most accurate map he had to use. It was spread over the table as Tavis, Ayawa, and Thayle waited nearby for him to say something.

Well that was a fun waste of time.

So the Heather chapters that introduce Blackbast have hit royalroad and people hate them. They hate the character of Blackbast and they hate Heather’s reaction to her. Honestly I am surprised but it is what it is.

I don’t have one single good remark about the most recent chapter so I have to course correct and start over. I know I could argue that this is my story and it can go where I want it to go, but I knew I was walking a fine lie with this particular subject matter.

second hospital visit

So some news I am back in the hospital but be fully aware this is routine.

The treatment I am on includes something called Etoposide, which has be administered by IV over 24 hours, and they want me to do four consecutive days of it. SO here I am doing my time. 

I have some good news attached to that. They did a full body scan to see where the cancer had spread to, the answer is nowhere, and the existing inflammation is down by eighty-five percent. In short I am winning.

Story interruptions

As  much as I am trying to avoid it I can't find the focus to write. The treatments i am on are leaving me with chronic fatigue, and no position I sit in for any length of time is comfortable. 

This being the case I am finding it impossible to write.  Hopefully this clears up in a few days/weeks, Otherwise I may shut down the patreon, or at least pause it so that nobody is being charged.  I think I can pause it.  I am not really sure.

Heather updates

I have rewritten chapter 25 to make it fit my sensabilities better. It still has a bit of a shock in it but I like the outcome more.  I have removed all the following rough drafts since they new have to be majorly rewritten and edited to fit the new chapter.

My plan is to roll out a new Heather chapter every 1-2 days until I am caught up and slightly ahead.  This will also give people a chance to see where I am going with all this more quickly. Something I am sure will be rais...

I didn't want to sit on this so it is going up now.
My bone biopsy is back and I have NO cancer of the bone marrow, This means they can target the neck and drastically reduces the need for chemo. I am coming home in 3-5 days so long as the swelling and spread has reduced to a safe level.

I have started a basic therapy until they have the more solid results from the neck biopsy. As far as can be told so far, I am responding well and the swelling is rapidly going down. My pain meds hav...

Today I had a bone marrow biopsy, and I have not yet been told the results. However the doctors say that due to my excellent Health they can treat my condition fully. They are all but sure I will not only survive this but be cured.  It would appear it is things like high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity, and other conditions that make this hard to treat. Hello All, A medical Update

I think its time I shared  some information. I have been admitted to the hospital because my life is in danger. The doctors are 90% certain I have advanced, aggressive, Lymphoma. 

If your not familiar with that its cancer of the lymph system. My neck has swollen to the point where I have to be under observation for fear it is closing my airway.

DKP Book 6 epilogue

The aftermath of the battle had been terrible. The only gate to the inner city that had been successfully opened was the tiny pious gate. I have chapter 27 of the dragon knight written as well as part of 28. I also have the next Heather chapter written, but the last two days have seen a massive flare up in the pain.
