Long time no talk, pals! I am here with some bonus content for y'all! namely - Aventurine concept art!
I think I started planning for her back in June of 2020, and started seriously sketching her down around then. It was a bit of a brute-force process because I didn't have any SOLID ideas for her except the goggles, two mouths, and her general hair-shape. But the first two iterations of her still ended up being pretty peridot-y.

A lot of people have been asking for one so I tried to sit down and get it done today - here is Aventurine's full sheet! It includes a few details that weren't in the comic and her full colors!
I have a hunch that a lot of people will say 'how come the limb enhancers changed color? They're just metal, aren't they?' And the answer is...
It just looks cooler.

Okay, so this idea has been plaguing me for a full month now. I got it sometime in December and have been itching to get it out of my system this whole time. Painting the tanks was something super fun - and the stylistic choices really turned out much better than I expected!
As a bonus, because I didn't post this early, I'm posting the non-text versions of all the tanks in high-definition!

I wanted to make a little holiday/new year's themed doodle this year as well, but it's been a heck of a year for all of us, the gems included. It's not canon that the Beach City Arrival happened on the same day as New Year's, but I figure that someone WOULD be setting off fireworks anyways, because.. well, people are like that around the holidays.

I finally got around to doing some pokemon! Thanks for being patient with me you guys...
I've decided I want to try to knock out some starters first, but I'll be throwing up a poll in the next few days to ask what other extra pokemon you want me to draw along with the starters for Hoenn.

I'm back with - you guessed it - more infographics! I cannot be stopped.
Someone on tumblr asked me where to start if they were interested in D&D, so of course I went off on one. For the past 2 weeks I've been chipping away at it, and now it's here.
I plan on posting this eventually along with some resources for beginners - if you have a rec to good tutorials on things like building a character, please let me know!

Since Connie's mom is largely against this whole candy-gorging practice, she only allows Connie to trick or treat for HEALTHY snacks... which is exactly why Steven organizes the gems to help out and takes Connie trick or treating inside the temple!

In comic timeline, Steven is now officially 15! Or is he...? ;)
Steven's official birthday is technically marked as 'unknown' so he has a Found-on day instead. He's celebrating it as his Coming To Earth Day! Or his Becoming Steven Day. I realized it was That Time last minute and drew this hurriedly to have something to post on Twitter. It's not something I plan to address overtly in the comic, so it's happening on social media instead.
