Couch Monstah (s)

Didn't get much response on my suggestion to make March "Monstah Month" so I won't do a Monster Marathon, but here's one anyway. He got away from me. That's what you get reading the wrong stories, as you may know by now when you've been here longer 😁
I can't promise this will be the only one this month either. If you've been here longer you may know that too 😁 

Liv (XL)

Just an excuse to paint the stunning Liv Tyler. I hadn't done that yet, which is a huge fail if you ask me, and I saw her recently again in the movie Armageddon, so it was about the right time. It's actually better than painting someone unknown, as movie stars aren't bothered by being the inspiration for art, but are very suitable for it, often.
More fun for an artist like me. And this one worked out well, I think.
Surprising someone who didn't expect anything, with their portrait, just...

Boudoir Scenes (XL)

There's not really a story here, unless you come up with one. Just made the main character for mere fun, and then I had some space left and the curly woman was happy to stand in. Because, there's so little opportunity to really shine and she felt like it at the time. Even when it's just in the background. More beauty should go for it. Right?

I actually have many sketches and halfway finished single character paintings, like the redhead, in my ToDo-folder and they too rarely have a story...

Petite Line (XL wallpaper)

I did a line up like this a while ago and some time after that, when I saw that again, I got the spirit to make it a bit wilder.
It didn't get lost in my computer crash and when I got to it, I thought it might make a nice wallpaper for higher Tiers. So here it is. I'm not sure if you'd like it as a wallpaper but if you do, here they are for your enjoyment and convenience.

(for free of course) and I'd like to avoid that now. That took a lot of time always even though I had a good template for a reply handy in those days.
I rarely do it anymore these days, because of the consequences.

I know. It's not a typo. It's just that I did more swamps and when I have to find it later I need a close enough, but slightly different, title and not the same title for all of them.

We had 3 serious storms over the last week, so no real surprise that it shows up in my work.
I like to keep my art light, even though many have suffered damage and some even loss of life by falling trees. That doesn't mean I'm ignoring that fact or that I don't empathise. It's just a different world.

I saw Cool World the day before yesterday so some likeness to Holly Wood is inevitable. Could've been Kim Basinger by the way as she was smashingly beautiful, even when the movie didn't ...

Something that looks less complicated perhaps, but looks can be deceiving. It's not that easy to do three beauties in close quarters. However I had it already prepared in my InProgress folder for some time, so it took not as much time as it would have, starting from scratch. Why I did it? Just because it's loads of fun and it looks good too. What more do we need right? 😁

This is somewhat similar to the series I made, and almost finished, before crashing my Mac, but, of course, very different too, because I didn't remember it completely and even if I would have, it's much less fun painting the same dang thing twice.
