Here's my new coverpicture for my Facebook Private page. The one where I add only irl friends, family and nice clients and models.
Of course there's a lot of text in it on FB and I like it without it much more, but I have to notify visitors about that particular page in a clear fashion and redirect them to the pages they might want to see. The coverphotos that I have had up there without text did not work at all. Nobody reads the descriptions, right? :D

You may have heard of them, the ruthless, the narcissists and the sociopaths working high up in large corporations, banks, oval offices and what not. They may have all signed that figurative contract with the equally figurative devil. Or not...as this is fantasy of course. Some don't really need a contract like that to be absolute horse manure and if they had signed one, they would not abide by it in any way either.

Still working on trying to paint the ultimate warrior queen and here's another go at that theme. A theme gets to be a favourite one for me if it never bores me and I see new possibilities whenever I find the time to do one. I have quite a few favourite themes but this is a favourite favourite. Come to think of it, I have many of those too....

Actually originally a portrait of someone I met only online, but I changed it before posting to someone else, because whenever I've posted spontaneous portraits in the past I always got a whole lot (and I mean a whole lot) of requests from others to paint them (for free of course) and I don't have the time for that, nor would it be spontaneous anymore. However, I did send the originals to the lady and she liked it.

Also a remake. You may have seen this with a large skull in the background instead of this Pirate of the Caribbean. The original with the skull is from 2013 I think , but it might be from earlier even and I just found a later version.
Anyway, it did get a lot better, but it took some serious time.

Religion is really not my thing. Any religion. It's like bdsm. The traditions, the colours and the gear make for quite interesting pictures and I'll go there for the arts.

It changed considerably and it has been improved a lot too, that much is certain.

On that note, I'm working on finetuning an old comic story (44 pages) I made about the same time or even earlier, as it may finally get published by Tabou-editions.com like Onliners 1 and 2. Onliners 2 is published already or in preorder mode (called Coquinet by the way), Onliners 1 will follow soon. the French like to do things in their own way. :)

With Netflix you can watch the old stuff again, in bulk and so I did with Star Trek. I'm watching the very first 3 series. I've never been a Starwars fan, just because I always found it much too cute, with all the cuddly aliens and such. Star Trek always was more interesting to me. Even the really old series. It takes some time to get back in that ancient slower pace, but once I got there it's still quite nice. I like the diversity of the entire crew, way before that became a thing i...
