Along the beautiful lines of the previous post this came up also. I did the foreground earlier, but thought it was a bit empty (should have made it portrait format really, as that's always better for one person standing tall) and then the ocean revealed something that made it more interesting. Odd things happen with imagination sometimes. Not always good though, from the standpoint of that lady dragged off the beach by an evil alien squid (which is the title of a Tenacious D song) 😃. ...

Tiny Bikini (XL)

As a counter balance piece for yesterday's rain, here's a nice and warm beach scene. The weather isn't up there yet so this is wishful thinking at best. But who's objecting, right? 

Water, and especially seawater is always challenging to paint but that's just why I do it.

Rainy Day (XL)

It's finally raining cats and dogs again so that's the opportunity to post this one. If it's dry as desert outside it just doesn't feel right. Actually a patron suggested something just like this, some time ago, but he left since. I can't really do suggestions a lot (that's what commissions are for) but I thought this was a nice change from the paintings with beauties in waterproof outfits. Am I right? I did have to save the Patron versions WITH the bikini in a hurry. I didn't make covered Pa...

Well, I was not sure how to post this. I could have done a post for the covered versions first and then a separate one with the uncovered ones, but that's kind of a drag. So instead I'll just do them in one post, first all 3 covered ones and then the uncovered ones. Stop at will watching them 😁

Painted for practise for me,  because I prefer every day situations going naughty and pole dancing is usually not something one sees every day.
I'm not sure if it's actually a sport, even though it's considered as such by a lot of the dancers, but it's hardly about competition. It's about easthetics, flow and contro...

It is a sure sign that you're in a haunted house when ghosts appear all over the place 😁Who you gonna call? 😁

I don't know why she'd be roaming the hallways of this mansion in her birthday costume, but it's probably as hot as it is here right now, so I don't blame her one bit. I'd encourage it even. Especially if I were the resident ghost  😁

I got this idea for no reason. I didn't even see a monster movie when it emerged. I just saw it before me and thought it might look wild. And I think it really does. 

While I was working on this spontaneous thing, I got two other idea's for two loosely related paintings with adult Red Ridinghood as the lead character, that might work for Halloween. I posted them as sketches for higher Tiers earlier today. A beauty and the Beast painter has always a whole shipload of ideas for Hallo...

Maybe for Halloween? One has to think ahead. On the first one I added some possible captions to not forget what I was thinking when I was sketching, but it might turn out differently altogether. The second one doesn't need captions really although that doesn't mean there won't be any.  

Should I do a series of adult fairytale spoofs? Hansel and Gretel, Rumpelstiltskin, Snowwhite and what not?

Waiting Room (XL)

Generally, all waiting rooms are the pits. Boring, uncomfortable and awkward. Whatever service they are for; the Dentist, the Doctor, the plastic surgeon, the Beauty Parlor, the Optometrist or the Tattoo shop.

However, it can be more interesting, exciting or surprising if you're lucky. Still awkward for some but all that nonetheless.

I actually tried this theme before but I couldn't get it right, but if something doesn't work as planned; try again and eventually it will. At least ...

Nowadays she may be into unnecessary spray tan and/or filler/botox/surgery, but wasn't she just absolutely perfect? For that role and as an icon in general? Anyway, I thought I'd paint her again, even when you can't find the perfect reference picture for this kind of thing if it would save your life, but I impr...
