As promised, another Xmas design as it is that season, right? 

I might just change this into a general snowy pinup as her expression is probably not festive enough but you see her here as it started out. Frosty's expression is well within holiday parameters though. :)

Mind you, if I would change it to 'just' a snowy weather picture she would change too. So far I've never managed to stay away from the rest when changing something significant enough in any picture. 

Golden Brown

I sometimes just see an image in my mind that I want to try out. For no reason at all it's usually a beautiful woman in hardly any outfit. Go figure. I don't understand it myself.

When I was in this Patreon interface to post this safe picture I luckily caught in time that it wasn't finished at all, yet. I thought it was and I saved the different versions without really looking too close.
I don't mind it being rough if I'll not print it anyway, but there are strict limits to the roughness after which it's just messy.

I like the theme even though it's likely not as mysterious, magical, free or rebellious as it might seem. But that's what art can do. Banner picture

Well, as soon as I posted the Couch Beauty images, this came to mind (that's often how it works with me) and I painted it when it was still hot. However, as it turns out it doesn't fit the Patreon page header. Believe me, first thing I tried. The space is not high enough so all the bits indicating it's a painter's studio fall off and a too large part of the pinup too. Or I have to reduce the size of the pinup completely, which I wouldn't like.

Couch Beauty

Every once in a while I have to make a new banner for some social media, like Facebook and Mewe (the latter turns out to be a bit of a dud really. I'm posting for only 4 people after almost a year) , with panorama coverphoto formats. That means that I either make pinups that lay down or do crops that fit there. I don't like that option, so I try to find something that would look good as a cover and represents my work better.

Xmas 1

Shower

You can't censor beauty coming out of the shower with a bikini, a nightgown or something.
That's just weird. This is too, really, but it's also a bit funny so I don't mind as much.
Censoring my work is not a chore honestly. I think it's silly that modern society regards nudity as harmful, with all the genuinely harmful stuff going on, but I can't not deal with that and be blocked or deleted, so I try to make the censoring look as good and complementary as I can. No black bars, scratche...

Little Birds

Nature, that place so interesting and gorgeous. Much to watch and admire, especially in this neck of the woods I like to paint. :)

The Paintress

What can I say? I like the theme as such of painters at work. Even more so if the painter is as pretty as this one. Art coming to life or, as in this case, a weird perspective of the paintress painting herself while painting herself. I'm not sure if that is appreciated, or even noticed by everyone else but it does work well for me. A bit of surrealism without the melting watches and stuff like that :)

Resting Beauties

I thought I'd try some resting b•tch faces as that is fairly common on various social media, but I think I failed. They probably still look too intriguing. It's hard to get them to look distant, uninterested, uninvolved and arrogant. I tried. I really did. My failure is probably the reason why I like this much though. Otherwise it might've become a fashion picture and I don't really like the way fashion models are generally made to look.  

Rise

Well, with the weather we're having at the moment I'm thinking of getting me a snorkel myself just to walk the dog, but this is more a reminder of better, dryer and warmer times. 

Crouching

And now for some latex. Although I like it when my work is more than just curves and beauty I also like to paint simpler things just to try out poses, expressions, lighting or texture. Or all of the above. This is one of those. Actually quite happy with how it turned out.  

Picking

As a bonus for my Patrons; Another neighbour always, and I do mean always, 'forgets' to close the drapes when dressing in the morning (or any other time of day for that matter, and I could not help but paint her, because that's what an artist like me likes to be painting the most. :D

Garden Visions

Another sketch, posted earlier for higher Tiers, is finished. However, it changed because it turned out too tame. She was not as dynamic as I liked and originally the idea was a bit different too. But now I like it.

Museum Night

The sketch has been available for higher Tiers for a while now but it took some time to actually paint it. Quite a challenge and I may have started it wrong. But it turned out well anyway. The whole censoring doesn't do it for me but it's mandatory all over the place. Even on Tumblr nowadays (I think what happened there may well be called platform suicide.).

Anyway, this is kind of an Art come to Life themed painting and as you may know, I'm all for that :)

Stickers

Once upon a time, long, long ago, cars were full of stickers and people just weren’t.  
That has changed to the opposite completely since some time in the nineties though. Why, we do not know. 

As an artist I am not a fan of tattoos. What I try to do is difficult enough without trying to work around other people's art. However, if it's not too dominant I can and will just ignore it.  

Bedroom Games

A bit of a Bettie Page vibe, because of the hairdo, but Bettie Page is an icon to this day, so, I don't mind at all. I'm not sure if the uncensored version will be appreciated here though. With the main subject it's not that much different but there's more in the front with whip marks at that. I couldn't make that sfw so I removed that completely for this version.

Boudoir Blonde

Why are Blondes so hard to paint? Because the hair has all kinds of shades and if you don't do that it looks off quickly. There's green and yellow and reflections of surrounding shades and colors and if you just would use yellow, light brown or white it looks cartoony fast. Which is rarely what I would be going for. It does make it more challenging. I have done many paintings that went well until I totally messed up the hair. Not a reason to not try again though. This one turned out good thou...

Red Wings

She did get the costume in time for Halloween and I managed to paint it too. She forgot the halo but I really don't like holy much. I like wild and free much better. It doesn't take away from her angelic appearance. You should see the Patron Only version :D 

Witchin'

I thought I was done with the witches for this year but I did this one well before the previous post. However, I didn't finish it and there were a few things I didn't like. I finally got around fixing them and here she is. I bet it's the last witch of this Halloween season, even though I'm not a betting man. I don't want to keep her in the archives. Who knows what a captive witch will do. She needs to fly.... :)

Blood Moon

Honestly, I'm not sure if I'll be able to top this next year, because I think it's the best broom riding witch I did so far. I'm going to try of course but everything works with this one. Colors, shapes, mood and lighting. Correct me if I'm wrong. Anyway, Halloween is in the air and this red headed witch is too.

Witch and Broom

Before you can fly the broom, you would have to activate the powers within. Otherwise it would just be a tool to sweep the floor. You all know that of course. Just saying, in case it slipped your mind. Safety first! :)

Red Riding Hood 2

Can you tell I like this theme a lot? :) It's so classic Beauty and the Beast. At least in the all grown up version. Totally my thing.
