Quick Update: Back in the saddle
Thank the gods January is over!
I am feeling better and I am starting to get back into the groove of game dev in the evenings. I am so enriched by and committed to making games that I don't think I'll ever stop.
I am re-assessing priorities as I type. I think February is going to look something like this.

I took a week off with the family and then a whole bunch of personal stuff happened in the last few weeks including a death in the family.
This has lead to some delays and I am sad to say that the MGT Release 0.38.2 release will not go out this month as planned.

Monster Girl Tailes: Weekly Update
I finished the last little bit of work to retire the old dialogue system and I am busily converting the existing dialogue to the new dialogue system.
This includes more conversation animations and stripping animations.
Admittedly, this is taking me a little longer than I thought. Even with the new tools and editor helpers I have created it takes ~30 mins to convert a single conversation.

I owe you an apology.
I promised you a build of Monster Girl Tailes and I have not delivered like I said I would.
What happened?
I got carried away with some of the wonderful feedback I got from the community and I was inspired to move the MGT project forward as a gesture of my gratitude.
However, I tried to juggle Bedroom Blackjack and MGT development at the same time. I took on too much and I have been unable to produce the promised content on time.

Apologies for the radio silence these last couple of weeks.
I just returned from an impromptu holiday to a warmer part of Australia.

August Update Part 2
As I talked about here I have taken some time away game dev to do some study and recover from a little bit of burn out.
I studied Unity, played games (for a change) and watched a ton of anime, but now I am now back in the saddle and cutting code like a fiend.
