OK this has been overdue for A WHILE. This is my take on the orange knight from castle crashers. Ways back I did a red knight design in preparation to do a little CC comic and even further back a green knight (that I couldn't find a pic of D:) This design for the third knight has been stuck in my head since then :X

Getting very close now! There's a few more pages to complete but i'm also gonna be putting together a mini art book of sketches and stuff to go along with this first lil comic. This feature is all about the world (and world building) and I think it would be really neat to see it all side-by-side. So keep an eye out for some o' that!

A few more pages to go! As with most of my comics the intro segment is short & sweet. I wanted to do the first IDD as a comic/zine hybrid thing, filling out the pages with concept art and full page drawings. Its my weird idea for a comic book amuse bouche.

Hello hello! I've been playing with adding digital shading to my pencil sketches and I wanted to show how i've been doing it!
I don't have a tablet or anything like that at the moment so i've just been using a mouse. In photoshop CS6 (and probably all the other ones but idk for sure) you can shift-click while using a brush tool to draw a straight line from the last pixel you placed. Okay so i'm pretty sure i've said this before but I am a huge fan of the Souls games. Bloodborne is my favorite for many reasons that are difficult to reduce down to a single post. I have done bits of BB fanart here and there but i'm finally getting to a point where I feel i'm good enough to really flex on some of the designs. A silent floating hunter that hides nearly transparent in the shadows.. what could be worse? The bubble maw is a perfect example of how many creatures biologically adapt to life in the dungeon. They wait until the perfect moment to float above an unsuspecting victim and immobilize it with a thick oil-like substance.
This odorless tar is instantly absorbed into whatever it comes in contact with. Impossible to observe or study for more than a mere moment, it is unknown how the bubble maw'...
