Clue is a cavalcade of different things that I often warn can make for challenging rerolls: PVP (because it tends to isolate players from each other rather than pull them together), Comedy (because the movie already doesn't take itself seriously, so it's difficult to do parody), Mystery (because it can be unsatisfying if the players don't solve the riddle), Large cast (because it's just hard to manage), but Lisa took it on and absulely nailed it. I had two clean, easy uploads, and now technology is back giving me nonsense. Rogue Two (Part 4)

The hardest thing to wrangle with this story is managing to make the three different parties feel relevant: For instance, if one of the teams loses their death star plans, how do we still make them matter to the overarching story? And also making them feel distinct, after all they all have pretty similar goals, so one pitfall I was working to avoid was making the three storylines feel too samey - just interchangeable space adventures.

Reroll B-Roll: Homeward Bound

Is this a perfect campaign? Upon relistening, it's certainly going to be the one I suggest most often as an example of the show's potential. The dice were trying to destroy us, we were trying to destroy ourselves, and together we destroyed a bear. Also, there's a Tim hidden in here! (His camera wasn't working so you only get the rock metal tones of his voice as a disembodied spirit– suck it, Tim!)

Rogue Two Part 2

Oy, this one has been a struggle. A laptop crash almost lost us a section of this episode, and I had to get some slightly scrambled files and un-rubik's them back into order. Two straight episodes we've had some technical difficulties getting to you. Thankfully we were able to get everything together and didn't lose any actual audio. Phew!

Rogue Two (Part 1)

Tried a new format here, with teams recording at different times and putting it together in the edit. It doesn't really feel that different to listen to, but on my end it's a world of difference. For one, those 6 or 7 person recording sessions are just so hard to wrangle, to keep the story flowing, to keep everyone engaged when their character might not be on screen for a while, to keep cross-talk down, to manage so many tracks in the edit. More than anything it's just a nightmare to schedule...

TMNT2 Part 6

At last our saga has come to an end. This is one I will definitely consider revisiting, as I have come to develop a great affection for these  versions of the characters, and I would like to play with them again. But we have a lot in the hamper, and a lot of promised sequels, so if we get to it, it won't be any time soon.

Of all the things I think we've gotten better at doing in making this show. The one thing that constantly eludes me, is having a sense of how long a movie will run. I envisioned TMNT as a two-or-three-parter and here we are speeding past five. I generally think that longer movies have more opportunity to be unique and interesting and go deeper into the world and lore, and explore the characters more fully. It's funny for how challenging this show is to run, how some episodes can feel so easy.
