The tape was discovered during a routine dive into the Kansas City Major Cavity. A few other partially intact objects were discovered during the dive as well, including various computational devices. The tape's contents seem to have carried some greater significance to the Starkill.
(Both Homebound and PAUSE will be uploaded after e x o d u s to preserve continuity for new viewers. There are some minor visual and audio improvements as well)
