Nightmare Moon WIP4

I saw the comments on WIP3 and decide to paint the drawing a bit to see if how it would look in color. 

Right now I spot a few problems that will be changed in the next update. The shoulder is too tiny, the waist is too thin. 

The breasts look weird but I cant really tell what is weird about it. Trying to find some good reference pictures (drawn or real human) but I can't find someone doing this posture and with a similar breast size : P . Maybe the middle of her breasts...

Trying to brainstorm how she will looks like. I think I haven't done a posture like this in this angle yet. I know Nightmare Moon also has feathered wings but I think a bat wings in this case will suits her more. 

There will be a NSFW version (armors off, except helmet and the hands), with/without bat wings)

What took the artist 30 mins to do took me 3 hours to figure out what she did and draw that out. She is able to draw raindrops easily using a blend effect in photoshop, and in the past I painstakingly draw the shadow and lighting. Now I learn this it will be easier for me to draw sweat on the character body : D  I still got alot to learn!

I watched this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LrUXTW7hCQg) where a japanese professional artist make a brilliant piece of drawing with just 1 hour. The artist uses some techniques that I never seen before and I always want to know how people make the "rainy day" effect. So I decide to follow the steps  to re-create the drawing using Sonata.

I think I struggle a bit painting this one.

I picture that at the final version there will be flame rising from the bottom so the main light source is at bottom.  I am used to drawing light source from front or top, so now the coloring and the light/dark is kind of hard to handle. The colors are a bit weird in this WIP but should get better. 

I had a pretty vivid final version of this drawing yesterday, but today that was gone from my head.... : /

The line for her hair will be removed once I start painting on her.

The upper body feel a bit weird, feels like it should be broader. Might change that in the future.

Had a hard time deciding what posture would fit for her. I want her to look menacing like some final bosses in a game, but also with a bit feel of energy and craze. At the end I think I will use the upper one.

This lineart takes some time to finish. This time I draw in a higher resolution (5000 px * 3000px) so it could include more details. Also foot are quite hard to draw. There will also be a version with and without the kneesock.
