Ok, managed to get this done in time! A lot of the improvements ive been making are in finding better brushes for painting and coloring, and this is one of my favorites for the work on the tree and grass. I really need to get into background work and related stuff, because a recent YCH I did had some referencing IRL photos for the landscape and it was amazing to be able to make a convincing background that looked semi-realistic past my existing artstyle. June 2023 Exclusive COMPLETE

ANNND got it done just in time! This was really hard to finish because my AC had gone out for the past few days in sweltering southern heat/humidity but I was really lucky to finally have it fixed today and so we are all good! My favorite thing about this piece was the texture that I managed to incorporate through the whole thing! Here are the lines for this one! Would have had this up earlier but our AC had gone out and I was in full shut down and beat the heat mode for a bit. It's back now so alllll good! Honestly I thought this was going to be really difficult but after laying down a second sketch pass, the lines were really easy to work through! Revali's hair braids were a bit of a hassle though lmao

Ritos are hard to draw but i am not letting that stop me!!! im really happy with how this is coming out, going for a magical rump growth music angle to it! still a bit shaky on how i want to place kass' hands and accordion but other than that this is ready to get worked on even more!

This month's poll is BOTW birds!! I figure since ToTK is fresh in everyone's minds I'd draw them this time (it's actually my first time drawing either of them!) REALLY grinded a lot on this one and i'm hella proud of it! backgrounds are not my specialty usually but i think i really nailed it here. Used a new brush to line this, it's a graphite pencil type deal so a lot of places had it a little softer than i like for areas of detail, but I kept fiddling with the settings as I went and I think it turned out nice! really enjoying this composition as I continue to work on it c:

DONE!! sorry its a bit close, but I managed to get it done! Happy about the lighting, was hoping i could push the perspective a bit more but had to weigh the funny artistic parts against having a clear pinup style illustration, so i went with a more clearer composition overall. End-of-month Update

Hey yall, sorry for the silence but between moving and raising money for moving its been a lot of work a lot, drive a lot, then rest a lot the past few weeks. I still have everything planned for this month tierwise and assuming our internet transfers over with no issues everything should be out on time, or a day or two late, worst case scenario. The move's been going well though so it shouldnt come to that!
