Goth Corset

Started as a duke sketch from last month. Very good and simple request. "Goth girl putting on too small corset." Great. Someone I couldn't have just made a simple sexy pinnup though, and I started making a comic, but then I switched up the techniques I use for making comics, and that made me really reluctant to come back to this, but here we are, finally. 

Duke Sketch: Dominated Housewife

I'm not sure what I ended up with here. Maybe the cleaner gives of a scent that makes women submissive and euphoric. Could be a fun short story actually. SHIT! Could be a fun short story actually! I might try to write again . . . And then give up when I'm 2,000 words in and haven't gotten to the sex yet. 

Also, to my Dukes, I've got 3 or so sketches left. I always let February sneak up on me. 28 days really feels like a week shorter than 31. I'm already rushing as much as I can wit...

Marinette's Bush

A late Duke request. I had wanted to expand on it, because . . . Ladybug. I'm not very happy with it. I started it with the soft-brushing technique that I am not considering abandoning in favor of hard-brushing, so parts of it just look wonky. I'm also not sure how I should do public hair and body hair in my style. I'm really not into body-hair, but I am willing to try and draw it at the commissioner's request. 

Duke Sketch: Vampire Girl

Ah, a regular duke sketch. Refreshing. She's from an anime that I haven't seen. The only anime that I plan to watch soon is Mob Psycho. It's gotten very good reviews. 

DOA: Gym Day

Duke 'Sketch': Sith Babe

Another elaboration to test different brushes and color settings. I'm a little disappointed to say that the techniques that went into the tentabulge picture didn't really work well for this. I was going for a different aesthetic, of course. I'm just still trying to figure out what brushes and such look the best, and go the easiest.

Duke Sketch: Tentabulge

Weird non-human dicks actually aren't my thing, but I found the request for a 'tentabulge' to be intriguing. Like my Elsa and Anna drawing, this was another Duke Sketch that I experimented with. Here I'm trying to imitate the style of one of my favorite artists, CyanCapsule, and to a lesser extant, Yellowroom.

WIP: Eros

Oh boy, this sheet is going to take me a while. This is just the basic character image of Eros at her full power god-form. Just another update to the Count Catalog. I have not included some WIPs that I'm currently working on. 

WIP: LBVC 10

The 'flats' is always the most discouraging step of any comic for me. Because I'm going over all of the line-art again to outline the colors, I notice every mistake I made, and I either have to decide between fixing them right then, or towards the end of the project (I'll fix the size of the hands at the end using a 'warp' tool). This looks okay though. I may finish this page later tonight. We're rolling! 

Duke Sketch: Silk and Venom.

This one is a little messy. I have problems imagining what overall shape I want the liquidy venom to take, and how much space it should fill up. 

Duke Sketch: Anime Girl Hanging By Hair

I've been having a very slow, relaxing weekend. I spent all of yesterday playing Magic with friends, and today I've just been doodling inconsequentially, and doing a Duke Sketch. Sundays are a good day to take off. If the doodles turn out sexy, I'll post them.

Egypt won the poll. I'm sketching something out already, BUT I may not get started till next week. I need to finish up a character sheet of the goddess Eros (the one from the Bel setting, not the Greek one). While thinking up ideas for my next one, I had such a good idea that I figured I'd get the votes started now, since I'll want to think about it. WIP: LBVC 10

Oof. This comic could take a while. (I'll need to do a lot of adjustments to the finished piece, like resizing hands and stuff).

Duke Sketch: Raven on Top

Yeah. Yeesh. This was my last attempt at the new style of rendering entirely in grayscale and then shading using soft-light and overlay layers. It kinda worked for Livewire, but what I realize now is that's because her light blue coloration just works with that style, and I wasn't really trying to put any small, complex, or sharp details into it. Those don't really work like this. I'll be going back to my usual style for future peices, with line-art, flats, and shading all on seperate layers....

Another Myth Poll

I'd like to do another highly detailed mythology piece. These are going to be a way for me to test myself with larger compositions, and with new techniques of coloring and such. We're going to do another poll, and I'll add and subtract cultures as they get chosen, or as I think of them. I may get a bit silly and include stuff like "Lovecraftian" or "Blake" to refer to fictional mythologies. So . . .

Serglige Con Culainn (high rez)

Well, cool. I think I made a cool thing. It obviously took a while, but I had a lot of fun drawing it. I'm actually surprised that "Celtic" won the mythology poll. So, hmmmm. I don't like this one. I actually think I know why though. It's too dark and muddy, and there was a point in the production when it wasn't, so that means I just need to not do whatever it is that I did to make it this way. I need to rant about something for a bit, so feel free to not read this if you don't want to hear me ranting.

LBVC 9 (large)

I'm sorry this is taking so long. I really don't know how anyone manages to draw comics quickly (especially if I have to color them and stuff). This is going to be a slow moving project, and it's going to have some pages with minimul effort just to move the story along. Somehow though, these minimal pages still take a week, if I work on them for 1-2 hours everyday. 

WIP: Celtic Mythology

I have no idea what the fuck I'm doing. I think I'm trying to be artsy, or something. There are a lot of things I could have drawn, so I basically just threw a dart at a list. This is supposed to be one of the climactic scenes of the "Serglige Con Culainn," in which the demigod Cu'Chulainn rescues the sea goddess Fand from a group of formorians (giants) that were keeping her prisoner. Meh. Sketch was for a blue teifling girl. I haven't drawn Mark in a while. I was really digging the sketch, and then, I don't know. I don't like the way it looks. There's no real point to it. Meh. I feel like I kinda wasted time on this. I'm just gonna move onto the next thing. 

EI vs C (Large rez)

I'm actually pretty happy with how the illusion-men came out. Evillustrator actually had the power that I most wanted when I was a kid. I really had this idea that my drawing could come to life, and I'd be able to make all the ice-cream and girlfriends that I wanted.

Almost finished with Chloe and Nathaniel. So I'll start the next poll now. It should be a fun one. We'll start by picking a mythology. Then I'll sketch something from said mythology. Something sexy. There is something sexy in every mythology, so this should be easy.

Yeah, so I'm going back to a hard-line style of drawing. This is all hard-line. If you want to compare it to something recent, that Mila and Tina picture I did was all soft-line. I think I prefer this.

Queen Bee versus Stormy Weather (Large res)

This one was a lot of fun. Wrestling and competitive-sex will always be my #1 fetish, and this one includes a lot of other fetishes I like. Skin-tight clothing. Superheroes. Bitchy girls (both of them). I also found Queen Bee a bit more fun to draw than Ladybug, but I love how close their styles are. Some of the character designs in Ladybug are pure garbage (Reflecta?), but most of them are great.
