So, I hate plot and continuity, but the basic story of Mark the Barbarian is this. Mark is a barbarian who gets kicked out of his clan for being just a little too barbaric. He goes adventuring. He kidnaps Princess Cadence after having a falling out with her mother, Empress Tamora. Tamora wants to capture Cadence back. Cadence decide she likes being kidnapped. Adventures ensue. Briar is a witch-bitch ex-girlfriend of Mark's.

Daily Sketch: Boxing Babe

I actually do really like the way this sketching style looks, and it is also extremely fast and easy. I think I did this in less than 30 minutes. The problem is that transitioning something like this into color can take hours, which would make it longer in total than my usual style of making a hard line-art and filling in the colors using layers. 

I'll post the poll for tomorrow's daily sketch after this. $5 and up gets to vote. 

Ariela's Diplomacy

I kind of screwed up on this. The minion in this comic is a non-character. Just a nameless stand-in for a minion. The thing is, Ariela actually does have a Dark Elf minion who is her teacher and pseudo-friend, Malica. I've even drawn her before. This comic would have been perfect for her, but I blanked and just drew in a random character, and by the time I realized my mistake I was too far along to go back. Comics are too frustrating to edit, and changing a character is the same as starting over...

Wubadubdub! I'm brinking back daily sketches. While I'm working on the Ladybug comic for the next couple months I'm not going to have time to continue F3L (still need to finish the final page of Peach/Daisy). A birthday piece for one of my patrons. The OCs are their's. I do not know the story, and I don't think I got the coloring on the dragon girl exactly right. Her skin should be more white than blue, but making white a color is actually kind of hard for me.

Working on this comic instead of finishing the Peach/Daisy F3L like I should. I'm just more excited about one than the other. I've got to control myself though and try to keep this comic short.
