I drew this after going to my first GP Vegas! Inspired by me and a friend (who had cosplayed Tamiyo that weekend) and our obsession with making the pilgrimage to the Vegas Taco Bell.

(Okay... well Ohare. I'm really glad I don't have to go into the city). This weekend is Midwest Fur Fest! I'm really excited, honestly. I've never been to a dedicated Furry convention and I'm SO goddamn excited to see the Jackal Costuming friends. Expect Ajani tiktoks/reels :3
Plus I have a dumb new costume I threw together out of pieces of stuff in my closet. I am very hyped.

So... Since I DON'T actually have a proper Innistrad costume (my Jace, Unraveler of Secrets is no more and honestly... good riddance I didn't particularly like the way I constructed it and I have the pictures that I want) we're bringing Nahiri to Vegas.
I mean, she's still got a score to settle and a wedding to crash. I even acquired the appropriate attire.
I've added another convention to my list, I'll be heading down to Midwest Furfest the first weekend of December (3-5)! I've never been but some friendly associates, you might know them, are going to be there and I'm not going to miss the opportunity to see them.
I'm not sure what to wear, but I'm absolutely going to dress up in SOMETHING. Maybe I just wear Gallia or my Bunny Red Mage... Or maybe I mash something together and surprise everyone! Stay tuned, I guess XD
I was feeling industrious on my night in and I threw some inks on the Thalia and Sigarda doodle and the Jhoira doodle from Magictober. I'm also planning on finishing the pretty vampire lady and Liliana.
Unfortunately these are on bad paper for markers so they probably wont see color unless I get REALLY motivated and try to whip them on out my tablet. Which I probably should for the practice. Hmmm. Only time will tell XD

I hope everyone had a great week/weekend. I was originally going to be Ms Frizzle but the wig was a little unruly and Amanda really wanted to be Gideon, being comfortable and looking like a creepy skeleton lady in stretchy pants absolutely won out.

I've now done two Wednesday streams in a row with Carson and Phil (and Phantom Angel and Felix too) and I forgot how fun it is to play webmander with friends. The weekend was awesome fun! I was very happy with the way the event staff handled Covid, I had to show proof of vaccination when I purchased my badge. Everyone was wearing masks and there were hand sanitizer stations in various key places for anyone's use. Madison WI DOES have stricter mask rules than the rest of the state, but I was still proud of the way that this smaller con handled things. The True Dungeon team was also taking some extra precautions. All in all, it a was a delightful wee...

I took a mid-point picture of this quick sketch :D The prompt was "Woods" so of course my brain went immediately into "Into the Woods" and the most fantastic portrayal of the Witch ever. Honestly, goals.
You can find the whole musical from some of the open access performances, I HIGHLY recommend it. Bernadette Peters is peerless.
I love this picture that Chase took last year - we're going to do another photoshoot this year... Not sure what I'm gonna wear just yet. We're gonna get up to some shenanigainery regardless.
