i went ahead and finished the sketch of weekly (including a messy version since it was already in the original) and john with the random tiger guy since i haven't had any ideas for a new drawing lately. but i've been in a robot/masked characters mood so i'd like to draw some soon

The Quiet Man

took a little break and ended up watching this movie (totally not because of Dunn who has a poster in his apartment and a nickname based on it) and it was surprisingly very enjoyable. the in-game poster has a lion as the main character, so i thought Thorpe would be fitting for it. 

(also can i just say that i love that Dunn loves rom-coms... small details like that really makes the character more interesting and likeable)

it's pretty obvious which one is my favorite since i'm not good at drawing scalies, also when i realized the perspective looked wonky it was already too late to fix it, so i might just do another paulie pic in the future. i still hope i did them justice.

i wanted to continue working on comm and poll art, but my sketches felt very wonky and i kept getting frustrated, so i went ahead and finished one of the many WIPs i have. i'm very sorry for still making you wait and for only drawing these two lately, but they bring me a lot of comfort 🙏 it's really fun to imagine what their relationship was like before the events of the game happened.

Regarding next month's poll

hi all, as you might've noticed i barely posted anything this month because i've been battling with depression and motivation to finish commissions+ the polls (which won't likely be done until next month). because of that, i decided to cancel october's monthly+ bonus poll to take a break until i find joy in art again. that definitely doesn't mean i'll be inactive the entire month, but the pressure is there and it will make things easier for me.

the perspective looks really wonky here but i hope the coloring helps hide it a bit. i wanted to go for a simple pin-up this time, mostly focusing on the mood of the picture, which i think suits elias well

Regarding streams+commissions

Hi all, maybe it's too soon to make an announcement, but I decided from now on I'll start streaming publicly. It seems like I simply can't plan things ahead because I worry something happens that day (art block, irl stuff) and I won't be able to stream. Streams will be announced on Twitter the moment I go live, however I'll post timelapses here and people are free to ask me about my process

As for commissions, I will hopefully open few slots for Astro tier at the end of this month after...
