Great Dev Session / Status Update

Had a really fruitful dev session this past weekend.  Was able to fully close out the writing minus one scene that I need to go back and embellish on.  I know this sounds super late in the game to say writing was locked down but pretty much everything is being worked on at once.

Most of the artwork is complete but had to add a few more artwork tasks from some of the rewrites generated from this weekend.  But it'll make those scenes so much better and lively.

All Moved In...For the most part ^_^

All moved into the new place.  My new office is mostly setup, just got my rig wired up last night, most of the house has been unpacked for the most part but now I can start getting back to dev work ^_^

Quick Status Update

Hey everyone!  Just wanted to give a quick update on what's been going on.

Currently still packing up the house and hunting for a new place.  Lol you wouldn't believe how hard it's been finding a place that fits our requirements but it's getting there.  We've got a lot of the house packed but still have a bit to go.

Dev Blog #31

Hey everyone!  A quick status update on development.  Pale Horse is still knocking up a workable version of the combat system to start testing and I completely dropped the ball last week in sending him all of the dummy assets needed.  I'm going to have the assets ready for him hopefully tomorrow and double crunch this week to make up for not being able to put as much time as I wanted into dev work last week.

Hey Everyone!  This week has been incredibly productive!  Like I said in the last dev blog, I switched gears to now focus primarily on writing out and designing the content for the adventure module, events, locations, combat skills and effects, monsters, items, etc.

Needless to say, was able to get all of it written out and sent to Pale Horse to start injecting into the code and wrapping his head around the encounters.

Now that the last update has been publicly released, we're now geared up for developing the new content for V0.1.50.

I'm keeping this dev schedule pretty tight and narrowly focused this time on just finishing and polishing the exploration system and advancing the main story now.  In an effort to get this update out sooner, the main story will continue through the training portion of the story leading up to the beast hunting tournament.

 It's finally here.  Lyla's Curse V0.1.45 has been released to Patrons at the $10 Tier.  Next week, it'll be released to the rest of the Patron supporters and then to the public a week afterwards.

Status Update

Hey everyone!  

Just wanted to drop a quick line to say that we're getting closer.  A couple of the scenes is taking longer to code and develop then we thought but we keep creeping closer to getting it buttoned up.

We're doing some rewrites of the scenes and some older scenes to fit the tone better and overall make the scenes smoother.  And posing is taking a little longer then we thought as well.

Status Update: Almost There!

We're almost there!  

I got the build back from Pale Horse last night with a little bit left to complete.  There was a few minor sprites that we didn't think of adding that I've been working on today as well reviewing the code and scenes.  We want to spend a little bit of time debugging the changes and the added content to make sure it doesn't interfere with anything.

Definitely don't want a repeat of the last release which had a few rounds of game breaking bug fixi...
