-Nova series will be an ensemble of young adults, they found a showrunner (no idea who) and are already making offer for the lead
-Fantastic Four will be a cosmic movie with most of it set in space
-Vision Quest will start filming this fall and they are already casting for a young male co-lead who's 18-20s (Tommy?)
-Marvel already looking for a director for Midnight Sons

Regarding Blade, Marvel has been searching for a new director for a while now since Yann Demange departed the project months ago. The plan is still to start filming later this year or early 2025 in the UK. They have a new story set in the present day that should lead to Midnight Sons written by Micheal Green that Mahershala Ali likes. Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah are indeed in the mix for Spider-Man 4 as they are of the few directors that have a current connection with Sony and Marvel Studios, and both of them love to reuse directors whenever possible.
I also hear they are looking at indie directora like they did with Jon Watts.
