In the movie Deadpool is searching through the multiverse for a perfect Wolverine to take with him to another world and he come across different variants played by different actors. He doesn't want any of them and say "No recasting. It's Jackman or nothing".

Pre-strikes Universal had talks to buy the rights for Zelda and wanted to make not only an animated project and put the characters in the Mario universe but also a more serious live action Legend of Zelda movie

About the episode involving The Watcher;
No multiverse, just Watcher saying this universe is in peril if a seed is destroyed, the seed is in a room that is booby trapped, and Groot is walking to go get the seed and setting off all the traps while The Watcher is narrating it.
You only see The Watcher outlined in shadows like he is in What If, but there isnt like a live action full body Watcher anywhere
There's a post credits scene of Patrick Wilson's Warrens answering a phone call, the implication being that the universes are going to connect in the future
