December 2020 rewards have been sent out + Reorganized Tier Rewards listed

Please check your inboxes to claim your rewards by Jan. 31. All links will be unusable by Feb. 1!

I have also reorganized the tier descriptions on the front page as well as welcome notes. No rewards have been deleted from the tiers! I've just cleaned up the wording so it's more clear what to expect!

I will be changing their graphics later as well to keep them from looking cluttered!
