Here's the first full installment of Relics of the Realms!
My new series of printable pages of all the items I've made.
Every volume will feature 52 items, fully illustrated and described.
This first volume has a lot of old items re-designed and updated in art style,
so be sure to check out all the fancy new drawings!
Everything in Relics of the Realms will be sorted alphabetically within each volume.
In the index you can quickly find the type and rarity of each item.

Hey everyone,
As some of you may know, i started a disease supplement for 5e back in december/january. I stopped developing it in March because of the Covid-19 outbreak. It just didn't feel respectful. I already finished a couple of chapters, one of them was a d100 of diseases. Regardless of the current state of the world,I still would like to publish them here.
My advice when using diseases in your games is to not use diseases taken from the real world. A personal experience with an actual disease may very well negatively impact a player’s gaming experience at the table. Please talk to your players about using diseases in your game before implementing them in your game. Especially now we are in a pandemic. Be mindful.

The Vrelock is a demon of disease that hunts in packs.

I designed this creature as part of the Doctors and Diseases supplement. Because of the current covid-19 situation I decided to not continue working on publishing this supplement. I still want to post all the parts of it tho. This creature and content is not intended to make fun of or otherwise intentionally ridicule the pandemic.
Please be mindful of your players when introducing disease content in your games, especialy these days!

A fiendish thief of hearts. Based on the dutch word Hartendief, which means 'Heart thief'.
A term usually used for charming people, now an enemy for your players to fear!
Attachments include a full page description including statblock and art as well as a couple of tokens to bring the Hartindeef to the table!
