I’ve built up a queue again, and the situation in my personal life has cleared up quite a lot, so may the comics continue!

Hiatus

I can only come up with ideas for comics when I’m happy. Usually I’ve got a queue of comics lined up, and if I average more than 1 happy thought every two days, I can stay ahead of the post deadline. Unfortunately I have now run out.

I’ve seen a lot of people fall into a dangerous line of thinking, that bad things happen to some people because they’re bad people, and because nothing bad has happened to ~me~ because I am a ~good~ person. Then when bad luck hits they’ll cry ”I don’t deserve this, I’m a good person.”

Nobody deserves bad luck. Nothing bad happens on purpose.

I’m still trying to teach him to come to me with his problems, instead of trying to hide them.

In the grocery store, you see a lot of weird foods that you don’t like and you’d never want. Often it seems like the main difference between a rare delicacy and weird gross food is a fancy package. But it’s in the store because someone wants it, and the same applies to people - for as long as you’re not toxic, you’re someone’s favourite type.

I wake up remembering a lot more thab usual about my dreams these days, and sometimes I recall something in strong, vivid detail, like this lady in an owl mask, so I had to make a quick sketch of her.

Funny story: My hair is currently dyed black, Blue’s hair was purple for a while, and on these grounds, his little brother wanted to have his hair dyed red. Or green. Or light blue. Their mom said no on the grounds that he’s 11.
